Thank you for this excellent presentation. Ive been grafting as a hobby for about two years and had more failures than successes. I believe its because I am not using parafilm to keep my grafts sealed. Im about to graft an orange to a lemon tree and vise versa , with a neighbors tree. This is one of the best I have seen on youtube and you covered all the bases. Great Job. Im located in SE Georgia and mostly converting a mass infestation of Hawthorne trees to other various fruit producing trees. But I have two 12 foot lemon trees that produce lemons the size of oranges and my neighbor has a navel type orange tree. That is my next project. Thank you again.
Yeah grafting citrus during the summer or any season has been very successful for me. I do both t-bud and cleft with equal success. That said, it seems to me the t-bud grafts are considerably more vigorous.
Thank you for that awesome video. My question is how were you able to get the grafting tapes online without your orders being cancelled? I've tried to purchased from several different online merchants, eBay, Amazon, nursery stores and they have all denied my orders due to CA regulations of parafilm products. Other people I know are having the same issues. Do you have any suggestions? I live in Northern CA in the Central Valley.

i am also in san gabriel valley. i grafted successfully as early as april and as late as july. one particular graft has grown about 2 feet.

Maybe the rules have changed but I’ve been able to order with no issues. The last time i ordered was a few months ago though
