So , yes Yamcha is awesome in my book.

Yamcha and the other human Z-fighters are prolly the most relatable characters in all of dragon ball itself.
1:32 I like how they casually mask how toxic Bulma was to Yamcha. If people don’t remember in OG ball, yamcha would be absolutely man handled by Bulma, and in some cases in both ball and Z she even tried to cheat on him, flirting with multiple handsome antagonists. Sucks they had to rewrite Yamcha’s character in order to make him the bad guy in the relationship, but oh well.

People finally understand Yamcha's personality better, and the fact that he has huge chunks of potential and power, with the spin offs, this game, the screen time he got before the tournament of power, there should really be a staging up for him in the next ark.
The Tournament of Power was a great opportunity to redeem him. They invited ROSHI instead while Yamcha was waiting for his invitation at home like an excited kid. Feels bad man.
And its so dumb the way they made roshi rellevant, like hell he was a low trash with under 5k power level for the entire of the series.
You should read the fan manga Dragonball Z Elsewhere (dbzelsewhere.thecomicseries.com/) (facebook.com/dbzelsewhere/). The art is not the best but In terms of story and characters its much better than the reborn spin off. In Elsewhere its the ACTUAL Yamcha trying to redeem himself, instead of some kid or soul "controlling" him...

I never thought of Yamcha as joke at all. He is one of my top 5 favorite Z fighters. I think he's the best human Z fighter with personality. Plus the spirit ball is one of my favorite moves! It's a guided big bang attack :)

Are you sure? I could've sworn at the end of GT when Goku left with Shenron, they showed Yamcha with Puar in the desert fixing the engine of their vehicle. If this is true, I would love to see proof.
*Amber Reeves* They didn't really show his name but in the Goku Jr. movie they did show Pan as an elderly woman praying at what looks like a cemetery of past friends and relatives in the film's opening. The event of the film took place after Goku left with Shenron and before the fight with Goku Jr. and Vegeta Jr.

Plus before all of these memes in the 2008 special Son Goku and His Friends Return, he gets a cool moment of using Spirt Ball saving Oolong, and Bulma. Now he gets nothing.

I support a ship of Android 21 (Good) and Yamcha. They could be a cool couple like Krillin and 18. The only issue is Evil Android 21 and any times Good 21 gets hungry.
People who say Yamcha needs his moment need to remember this.
Rewatch "SSJ 3 Goku Versus Beerus" and notice how SSJ 3 Goku couldn't land a single blow on Beerus. Everything was either blocked by hand or dodged.
Then later, Yamcha is bragging to Beerus at the party and slaps him on the back actually making the unguarded Beerus stagger slightly.
Meaning Yamcha was the first Z-Fighter who managed to land a hit on God of Destruction Beerus.
But he deserved to be in the T. O. P i was imagining a yamcha hidden under ground using sokidan from big range to attack enemies

Everyone dies in this show, death doesn't really mean anything in dragon ball anymore.
It was the first time that characters like Yamcha or Tenshinhan died. Piccolo died in that fight, there were no dragon balls. Bulma thought she would never see Yamcha again.
That doesn't mean death means much. He's a joke character, it's what the show treats him as.... I'm nod saying death is funny, I'm saying his death is treated as a joke.... Which is what everyone is going to see it as because that's how the series treats it...
Besides, like I said, now death means nothing, you can bring back anyone with the dragon balls... The creator didn't really care about Yamcha at the end, blame him.

@@aliteralbear9682 It's stated that Krillin is the strongest but theoretically Tien should be stronger. Tien does nothing but train and Krillin dedicates most of his time being a family man.
@@rogaken a reminder that krillin only stopped fighting, and continued training with Android 18. Krillin also just has a ton of other things over tien. He has destructo disc, got his potential awakened, and has a new form. Even if you disagree, you have to admit that Krillin at this point is at least buuhan level.
