18s gone up in my books recently, i think she may be my favourite now. love how she talks about her relationship with 17 and how it references the tournament of power arc
She's one of those cold on the outside but really nice when you get to know her. Now I see why Trunks was thrown for a loop when she saw her in super.

I actually prefer Kai 18 to Z 18. Probably because I grew up with Kai. :-)
Yeah, I never even knew what Dragon Ball Z was until I was halfway through Kia. I thought Kia was just a cool new show and only later found out it was a cleaned up version of Z.
Nyxtroos he can still grow up with it. Hell people say they grew up with Z evwn though Z didnt become big until 2001 i was like 10 when it ended in 2003 funimation version anyways.

Android 18 is a badass chick and her and android 17 by far the most destructive duos in dbz history and the perfect supervillain for trunks's future timeline. I love the voiceovers from android 18. though.

This is the most character I feel we’ve ever gotten out of 18 since maybe Z if that.
This game for all its story flaws makes me wish we got to spend more personal time with the Z-fighters in Super and not just move on with Goku and Vegeta.
Like seeing them fleshed out with their quirks and all.

I constructed it this way because 18 would stay with Krillin but would consider you once Krillin died centuries down the line.
with how these are, i hope if for some grand finale sort of thing we get a new story mode but its just ALL THE DLC FIGHTERS. Just imagine the potential for dialouge for the cast.

The game's dialogue has been weird for Android 18 or how the characters refer to her. I mean... Bandai/Namco/Arcs do know she's not an actual robot right?
One thing I wish we got to see is 17 and 18s bionic parts. Besides the bomb they never really explained what kinda machinery they got in there that would make them stronger than a Super Saiyan.
18 and 17 most likely don't remember thier old names. Though I do agree that at this point they should have stumbled on to one of Greo's old labs that had old information on them incoulding their names.
But ya know, Dragon Ball and it's status quo.
According to Dragon Ball Super, they're not really mechanical at all (other than the bomb and the shutdown mechanism). 17 and 18 are basically humans modified down to the cellular level to be superhuman. To compare, 17 and 18 are closer to Cell (a bio-android) in their makeup than Android 16 (mechanical).
They need to flesh out her personality more in the series

Well her real name is Lazuli, and 17 and 18 were probably some orphaned street punks that Gero kid napped.

Anime Professor 16 is a robot. As in, fully metal and wires. He could not have come back after his destruction. Heck, it’s the reason why Cell didn’t absorb the guy.
Android 21, if I’m not mistaken, rebuilt Android 16 before the events of this game, thus why he acts different here than in Z.
