The day has gotten away from me Anadi. I am having some visitors this weekend and I have been non stop getting ready for that. This air fryer recipe belongs in a cookbook along side your other recipes. I like the fact that it isn’t fired and that it is air fried. I think they came out perfect!!I like how you explained how the texture of the dough should be. That is very helpful. I hope I didn’t accidentally type something offence this time lol . I have come to this conclusion recently - I can resist deep fried snacks, I can even resist the temptation of a vada , it’s difficult but I can manage BUT when it comes to air fried beautiful somasa I have no self control like 🤩it
