I am curious about something. How silent (or loud) is the car around highway speeds compared to a current audi a4, mercedes c class, or bmw 3 series. And how does it fell over uneven surfaces compared to those cars?
I watched some UA-cam videos where they tested the 2023 BMW 330e and the 2023 Mercedes C class driving on summer tires on dry roads. The BMW was quieter, with 50.8 dB at 88 km/h (55 miles), while the Mercedes made 56.1 dB of noise. Bjørn Nyland tried out the Tesla Model 3 Highland with winter tires on a wet road. The Tesla Model 3 made 63 dB at 80 km/h, while it averaged 65.74 dB. I couldn't find much about the Audi A4, unfortunately.
@@GDrives_NL yeah… I asked also someone who drove all of them but he had no measuring device and said that they seem to be in the same area when it comes to noise. But I am not that sure about that
I've driven both the old and new Model 3. There's definitely a noticeable difference in road and wind noise, with the Model 3 Highland being quieter. Comparing to BMW and Mercedes C class, the Model 3 feels closer to the Mercedes than the BMW. Even though I don't have the exact decibel figures for the Model 3 Highland, based on my experience, it's quiet enough for a comfortable ride. Are you looking for a new ride?
@GDrives_NL yes, we have 2 model 3 rwd, best bang for the bucks, LFP batteries can be charge 100% daily and longer battery life. no more gas station, oils change, worries of over heating on trips!
Did you consciously take this route? I actually do. I wanted to test the car in the city, on the highway and the ambiance lighting in the dark (tunnel). How did you like the car?
@@GDrives_NL Yes i actually did, the tunnel was indeed for checking the lighting. The overall route covered everything i wanted to test, including a round-a-bout, city, some bumps and a bit of highway. Quite close besides a few streets routes i took aswell. I really liked the car, comfort was much improved over the previous generation. Interior looks much nicer, especially at dark/night. The indicator buttons might not be for everyone, but it would just require new 'musle memory' for most poeple. Shifting on the screen (combined with the auto function) isn't that different from the stock, position wise. Overall great experience. I'm waiting for the performance version, will order that as soon as it's available.
This is without question the best review of the new highland….no superfluous chatter to bolster the ego, comprehensive, everything one would need to know intelligently covered…..5 stars!
nice pov of model 3 rwd video, would be more interesting if you would talk a bit, your opinions about the car and some music would be nice, otherwise the new model 3 drive is so smooth...and quiet...putting me to sleep 😊
Thank you for your kind words and feedback! I genuinely value them. The intention is to offer viewers a firsthand experience of the car from the driver's perspective, steering clear of any attempt to sway opinions with my own. Perhaps you can watch this video before going to sleep 😝
I had a comfortable ride in the new Model 3, thanks to improvements like enhanced insulation, different tires, a streamlined design, and a revamped interior. The car is notably quieter with refined suspension, offering a smoother drive, albeit sacrificing a bit of the 'go-kart feel.' The direct steering and stability still allow confident cornering.
Luckily looks are subjective and you don’t have to buy one. Also impressive it became one of the best selling cars by, according to you, being super ugly and super expensive, wouldn’t you say?
While aesthetic preferences are subjective and vary, it's hard to overlook the technological advancements of the car and the efficiency of the Supercharge network.
Thanks for watching. What do you think of the new Tesla Model 3?
This car is SO quiet! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you! The difference with the previous model 3 is huge.

How the sound quality and bass in the rwd
Better then the previous M3.
Tesla are the best e.v for daily driver.❤
I agree. Do you also drive a Tesla?
@GDrives_NL yes, we have 2 model 3 rwd, best bang for the bucks, LFP batteries can be charge 100% daily and longer battery life. no more gas station, oils change, worries of over heating on trips!
Nice! I drive the 2023 model Y LR. Perfect daily and for traveling with my family.
please make more videos like this (but with tesla) and more longer too
Hi i'm glad you like this kind of video. Only Tesla is getting boring, right? The videos of my Model Y, the S and the X will soon be online.
I drove almost the exact same route when had a test drive in the highland RWD from the Tesla Store The Hague.

What a coincidence :D Put an action cam on your head next time haha.

What a nice reaction! Thanks for this. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Perfect (daily) car
Definitely 👌🏼
Can't wait to get my hands on one
Have you ordered one?
how much better is the ride quality? one of my only issues with our 2020 model

great @@GDrives_NL
White or black interior? Go
This car has the black interior, but I prefer the white one. Just like my Model Y :) What do you prefer?
Why did you have to blur out the speedo in the tunnel??
:)
What a stupid question
It looks like a 88 Honda civic and the inside looks like a windows 95 computer and you want how much for it?
It's not my car. But I'll gladly take your money. What would you give for it?

Fantastic TESLA!
