Hi. Great video!! Thanks for all the informative details. I did want to ask... I have watched other youtube videos on the new Model 3 and they complained about a buzzing/humming sound coming from underneath the touch screen. Did you notice that in your new Model 3?
Hmm, not really didn't notice anything abnormal. Also didn't find any rattles or squeaks. But Tesla is known for not having consistent build quality so I will not be surprised if there are many cars that have some buzzing sound coming from underneath the touch screen.
Great review. Did you get a new video camera recently? Picture really looks so detailed and 3D when outside the vehicle. Also, I'm picking up the long range model 3 on Friday. Replacing my 2014 Forester XT.
Thanks for the feedback. These are GoPro cameras. I recently upgraded to GoPro 12. Also uploading videos in 4K which should help with better quality. I used to have Sony vlogging camera and it started to overheat, so GoPros work better.
informative review ... saw some familiar sites along the 101 in Tarzana, Woodland Hills, etc.; would opt for this model because of the LFP batteries' charging characteristics.
Thanks for stopping by. Charging is a big part. Out of all electric cars I rented Tesla is the easiest to charge at superchargers. And rate of charge is pretty good
There you go, I am not the only one who realized that better to rent first and experience it before buying. Thanks for your comment. I can’t tell you how many comments I heard from people buying a car and litteraly few days later saying they didn’t like it.
The day I drove this car it was absolutely fine. A real heat is not there yet. I am sure it will not be sufficient for real 100 degree heat. I see people are buying some inner covers from Amazon to close their glass roof on hot sunny days.
I drove a demo for 30+ minutes in Dallas when it was 105 in the heat of the afternoon. Yes, I could feel the heat from the glass. I’ll be getting a cover, especially for the summers here.
Im trying to decide between this car and the Ioniq 6. Could you comment on the comfort of the suspension and noise on the highway between these 2? Thanks
In Highway driving I would say you will see the least difference as road would be smooth and steady on the highway. Both have about the same sound insulation with new refreshed Model 3 maybe a tiny bit better. Overall Model 3 would be a bit sportier car with sharper steering, but Ioniq 6 is a great car as well and it handles surprisingly well. I don't know if you saw my video reviewing Ioniq 6. I personally would get refreshed Model 3 just because I like how it handles and all the Tesla tech with it, but if you go with ioniq 6 you will not go wrong either. I think for city driving is where ioniq 6 will feel a bit more relaxed than Model 3, but yet still very well composed.
Congrats on your upcoming purchase. Yeah in US I think especially with Fed rebates we have really good prices topped with some good financing rates. Good time to buy Tesla now.
Thanks for pointing this out. I read online about that button that looks like cruise control and assumed that's what it was. Found more info later on the actual wheel to be pressed. Well, when I get dual motor version will have to test this again.
2024 Model 3? It really depends on lease or finance. You can get some incentives on it here in US. Either way you can check on Tesla's website as it's all clear pricing. Also always check inventory cars as those might be few thousand dollars less.
if you already own previous version model 3, i wouldn't bother replacing with newer version, very similar about 80 percent. .. of course if buying first time newer version is better without a doubt, and better looking
I kind of agree. It is not a complete overhaul. I think if they added a head-up display and turned it to a hatchback or smth that would make it more of a big upgrade.

@@se.eyouhere2024 is big improvement but if you have a 2023 its like going from iPhone 12 to an iPhone 15. If you've never owned a Tesla before the 2024 is the one to buy of course but if you need to save cash you simply can't go wrong with 2021-2023. 2024 Model 3 has a nice new body design. But ultrasonic sensors are gone, turn signal stalk is gone, and gear selector stalk is gone too. 1 step forward, and 2 steps back.
Thanks for your feedback. Well this is Tesla's vision I believe. I discuss in the video that Elon's answer to this is: "The best part is - No part". In my opinion this is direction to autonomous driving.
@@MarkoMarkovina Almost every car in the world, from the super popular Honda Accord or Toyota Camry, to Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, etc have the turn signal stalk. So Elon removes the stalk, to increase profits, and to heck with the customers! How can anyone defend that move?
Thanks for your feedback. Maybe because of 1 pedal driving. I think you need to rent it for a day and spend more time with it. But at the same time electric cars are not for every one, if you are sensitive to the EV drivetrain then you probably want to go with a regular car.
Thanks for pointing this out. I actually heavily relied on new feature for automatic chapters by UA-cam but I see it is not reliable. From now on will start adding manually. Just added manual chapters for this video, you can see all the parts I discuss in the video now.
Test drove this yesterday and it was amazing.
Yep, it’s truly amazing driving experience. One of the best EV driver’s car on the market
Very well put together seems like
Best review so far.
Thank you very much for the kind words
Amazingly detailed review. Just the points I’ve been looking for. Great work.
Oh, thanks a lot for the comment. Glad it helped. As soon as Model 3 Performance comes out will review it as well.

Congrats on your Model 3. Looks like they delivering them now pretty fast.
What is town consumption (max 60 km /h) in first 7 km no precondition batery, winter / sumer time??
Thx you!!!

Great advice, Turo is crucial - I drove every Tesla model before buying one, a thousand miles in each, only way to know them.

20:40 - indicators - The car knows when you have completed the maneuver, nothing to do with fast or slow or 3 blinks etc
ok thank you. Need to spend more time with Teslas

Tesla says this model does 0-60 in under 5 seconds. That’s why it feels a little faster to you!
Based on their website it’s 5.8 for RWD, but felt faster for sure.
Your pressing wrong button for autopilot. Press the wheel down for autopilot.
