Very nice video!!
I'm from Colorado, the only way to make a breakfast burrito!
I came here for the seasoning, leaving with a positive!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks, I finally joined the club, I been watching some of your videos since you were doing it for free. I just purchased mine from Costco.
Just got my griddle yesterday. Omg I’m so excited to start cooking on it!
Great video! I just picked this up from Costco for my UA-cam channel. Thank you
Just got my 22” table top as a retirement gift from fellow employees, will get it seasoned and cook some bacon on it this weekend. I’m SO excited to take this along when we camp and travel! I use cast iron a lot, so this griddle will be well taken care of
how do you like it?
@@gosman949 I love it! It cleans up very easily, and pretty much nothing sticks to it unless you overcook! We have used it a handful of times, and I’m looking forward to next spring/summer so I can dig it out again! I don’t cook outside in the winter, too much snow and tooo cold.
Just got this Baby over in Germany, glad that we got Blackstone now over here🔥
Looks Awesome.
Thanks, Lee!
Great job as always Todd
Thanks, Willy!!!!!
Fresh tortillas thats next level Todd ! Looked a little chilly out there sir . Keep them videos coming never get tired of watching. Griddle More Tour 2023 any news ?
Those burritos looks pretty good and then you add Pueblo green chili and made perfect
GREAT video Todd, and a complete lesson on the griddle. Very well sequenced and the breakfast burrito, the perfect first cook and more. Doc Blackstone does it again.
Thank you so much for continuing to watch & leave such encouraging comments. Have a great weekend!
great vid on what to do with new griddle. and wrap into a breakfast. Cooking in the cold. sure. Amazes me when my friends say "oh need to put away the bbq its winter time..."
Todd just bought my second Blackstone. The first was the 28inch adventure ready for my RV but found it really wasn't as portable as i wanted so with the addition of the 22 inch with stand and top my wife bought it for me for Father's Day (2024). I brought the other home. I looked up this video to use to season and just loved the addition of the burrito. The first use will be July 4th weekend on the lake (2024). Thanks for a great idea to do with the first season.
Oh no !! I just bought the adventure ready ? Any tips ? It looks like it folds up easy
@@hollowknight1737 Sorry about the delay in answering we were on the lake camping. The first adventure ready we bought was the 28" for our RV but found it really wasn't very portable so we bought the new 22" with stand and hood which is more portable. I can move it and break it down by my self so it really depends on which one you bought. The 28 just came home and will be used here.
Fantastic!! Thank you for the Guidance!!!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks for showing me how to use the blackstone.
I don’t know why I waited so long to buy this - one of the best videos for a product out there. just good energy thank you!
That's great way to breaking in a new griddle Todd,. A perfect breakfast with a well seasoned griddle.
Good job Todd. Great video
Thanks. 👏👏👏👏👏
I wish Blackstone made a oven for their stoves. I currently use a gas BBQ with a tall cover and place a cast iron griddle on it. The cast iron distributes the heat evenly and of course the lid has a thermometer on it. It all works, just not as good as I would like. It is also heavy. I think Blackstone should consider an attached hinged hood for the new stove/griddle you aired a week or two ago produced for Walmart.
Awesome and helpful
Thanks for showing us that. Love Colorado like what you're doing. Thank you😊
Nice informative video on seasoning the Blackstone Todd, your burritos are definitely looking delicious.👍☘️😎
Very informative and you're a great speaker.
OK-thanks for the seasoning instructions-I will be using my new Blackstone griddle this next week-pre-thanksgiving breakfasts-I will do Mexican chorizo & fresh country eggs-I do the chorizo separately and bring in the eggs-fresh serrano peppers-and some refried beans!!!!!!!
Thank you, very clear and concise, yes i love cooking out side in the cold. Great tutorial
This is a great video. I just bought my Blackstone 22 in griddle last night. Thumb up and subscribed. Thank you.
I loves this video , I want a black stone grill now
I take a dozen if those breakfast tacos. Yummy.
Thanks for watching, Rick! I hope you have a great weekend!
This is really making me hungry to grill something. :)
We understand the feeling 🔥
Great to watch a Master at his craft. Thank you.
🇺🇸🦅 🥩
Love your video. I'm curious if you should leave the lid up when making baked potatoes. I heard mixed reviews. Thanks!
So many don’t understand how important it is to season correctly 💖thanks Todd for the recap 🥰
Thank you, Kelly! I sure do appreciate all the times you've watched and commented on the videos and livestreams. I hope you have a great weekend!
I am hooked on the griddle for about a three months now wish I would have purchased this sooner
Good lil thing to invest in?? I seen one in Costco for like 150
Fantastic video i learned a couple tips
Thanks for the info in this video especially how to make the Colorado Breakfast Burrito 🌯 😊
Just bought a 22” Blackstone. This was super helpful thank you very much. Cheers from Maine.🇺🇸🍺🦞
I'm Mexican. and I rarely see good burritos. those look good. (and I bet they were) awesome video.
Thinking of getting one of these units...definitely an outside unit because of propane. Do you know roughly how much cooking time you get from a 1 pound propane cyclinder? Thanks.
I wish I had seen this video before I seasoned my new Adventure Ready Blackstone. Pops Allgood
Awesome vid. Appreciate ya
Thanks for watching!
nice vid! sold me on the Blackstone also!
Please add the heat settings you recommend for the various cooking parts.
Looked pretty awesome, you had a lot of things going on.
Good Yob on the burritos meng. I love the southwest form of viddles too. Peace
very informative and burritos look delicious!
Awesome video! I just bought me one, can I use lard to season
How often should I season my griddle? And is coconut oil good for seasoning the top? Thank you for the video sir
Season your griddle before your first cook, and then as the seasoning starts to wear with time! You can use your preferred kind of oil 🔥
Do you have to seasoning the grilled Everytime before cooking or is seasoning the grill only one time ?
Great video..I'm convinced I'm buying one😂
Thanks for the recap Todd! Always great information and guidance! Cheers to you and the family!
Thinking about getting one of these.
You definitely should!
Nice job looks great
I used Crisco to season mine. Season it just like my cast iron skillets
I have the same size , I love it .
We're so glad to hear that!
Ok I am sold
Just bought the 22 inch for the jobsite cookouts every weekend
Your the Man Todd 💪😍 great video!
Just picked up one of these 22" griddles for $150 at Hy-Vee in Iowa.
Do you only have to season it once from the factory? Or do you have to season it every time before you cook?
Those looked delicious
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sold!😂
Do you ever show what you can do on a 18? Inch single burner blackstone I would like to think of maybe getting one of those, what's your opinion on those.
So you don't turn down the heat during each addition layers?
Hi Todd - season the sides of the griddle?
My go to and what I forwarded to friends
Where do they sell the extended hose for bigger tanks?
“Cold crazy weather”(20 degrees)-as I sit in the upper Peninsula of Michigan laughing at the thought.
Great video thanks for the tips
Great Job. You the man.
Also I have never heated up tortillas. Do you just brown one side?
does it heat up a folding table being on top ?
Well done sir.
U the man Todd.
This might sound like a dumb question… but I’ve got this griddle and actually returned the first one due to a slight slop to the front. The new one I’ve got does the same thing. They are unseasoned and haven’t been exposed to heat.
Seasoning my new 22 inch now!!
What Kind Of Oil Do You Use When Cooking 🙏
I love those burritos, thanks mannnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn
Looks good. Now I am hungry. Lol.
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great video. Thanks so much!
Thanks now I’m hungry
Always enjoy your videos.
Thank you so much m!! I am grateful!!
Question for y’all. I took my blackstone top off to deep clean the base the other day. The base/stand has some decent rust because of humidity. But the underside of my coldroll was super rusted. The top is fine because of cooking, seasoning, and cleaning, but the bottom is rusted. Is this normal? Do I need to do anything for it?
The seasoning doesn't mess with it sticking? Meaning, I have a few cast iron and they NEVER do well with adding seasoning like season-all, garlic salt, etc. it clumps and it's a mess so I turn to my ceramic pans when adding any powdered seasoning. Does it behave the same as a cast iron pan?
What's difference between these with a cover and blackstone 22 inch with a hood
Thanks dude!
Great video but I definitely recommend flour tortillas from H‑E‑B 😅 got to love Texas maybe one day Colorado will get H‑E‑B 😊
So you can cook food to eat immediately after seasoning the griddle a few times?
Absolutely!
Just seasoned mine today!!!
Jess!!!!!
Yum!!! Love breakfast burritos, those look great! Praise the Lord and pass the burritos 🌯 😃🥓🍳🥓🍳🌯
Thanks, Nae!!!
Another great seasoning video Todd, as well as general griddle care.
Sadly, we are almost 2000 miles apart, so I won't be over for breakfast. 😞 - But, these burritos look awesome. - Cheers!
Awesome! Always pick up a small bucket of Santiago's Green Chili from the local King Soopers, Safeway, Or Walmart! Slap some of that in there, and you'll never need to come down the mountain!
Todd thanks for the video. But what type of table would you recommend for the 22’ when camping?
Question 36" griddle I have one 4" section on the left side that always rust. Sanded, wire brush, but it always comes back. Then reseison 4x times, 2-hour pross. Live in WPB FL about 20-miles from the ocean. I made a steel cover, grill is keep in my 25x30 ft carport in the center near the shop wall, so it never gets rained on. Any suggestions.
My 17-inch I have no problems with rust.
Thanks
How often should I use the seasoning conditioner?
