    Thanks for this video ! Im in rehab from knee surgery that was undergone on the 25th february 2022 and it still somewhat feels weak so happy to be able to workout even though i have this problem

    2:30 This was the 1st time doing this or any Pilates.
    At this time my shoulder pinched and felt like it hinged,
    Almost like it had a pinch and was Immediately sore...
    Any thoughts on what that could be?
    I was told that I have torn labrum in both shoulders 10yrs ago, and it hurts to put pressure on my wrists or right knee... I'm only in my 30s and feeling like I'm falling apart.
    Any thoughts would be super helpful

    Ur workouts are all I need to feel beter physically and mentally. I like that the atmosphere is so peaceful and makes me feel safe. Ly and keep up the good work

    I loved this workout! it was a good length and i really appreciated that it was easy on my knees and wrists -- some pilates workouts don't work for me because my wrists get tooooo sore!

      It depends on the move Belle. Which move that you wanted to ask for?

      It depends. Neutral will be more challenging on this one. But if you have sensitive lower back, I would say imprinted 💛
