Hello Hannah. I have a question about the « top top » you do sometimes with your leg (laying down on the tommy). Can you tell me what’s the use of such a movement ? Thanks a lot. I’ve done a workout this morning where you are on the beach. A bit of evasion while I still have to stay in my appartment all day with children. Thanks a lot for this and enjoy your day ! Sandrine.

Enjoyed the parts of the practice I did. I had to give up after the THIRD embedded set of ads. Not ideal for a flow that you have to keep getting up to cancle the ads - otherwise they just keep going on and on and on.
