I love watching your videos. I'm a self taught Chef from Atlanta and I specialize in Pasta dishes. I don't want to disrespect the Italian culture by my not cooking it the right way. I watch a lot of your videos and it helps me to make it as authentic as possible. I also like the fact that you use everything. You don't throw anything away. LOL! I love it.
In the UK missed breakfast and lunch, wondering whether to have a sandwich and I get my Daddy Jack notification. The moral is don’t watch on an empty stomach especially when its Lobster 🦞 😭

Looks banging jack , I always save all my lobster & shrimp & jumbo crab shells in the freezer to make stock for when I'm making a sea meat pasta. Keep up the great food you ever think about doing a Traditional Austrian Goulash video id love to see your take on it .
Hey brother I do the same thing ( can't stop eating it) LOL at the end of cooking and tasting my pasta .. especially when you gotta add a little of this and little of that just to get that certain taste you had in mind just right ! I really enjoy watching you cook...... I cook everything but specialize in wood campfire cooking. Haven't cooked over a gas grill in 15 years
