I LOVED this video! I've know about Glow Recipe for awhile and have always thought it was made for the young--I'm 60!! Last month, during their sale, my daughter and I made our first purchase. I think we both bought 3 of their products. The pomegranate serum is a stand out for me, I'm loving it! You have me wanting to look a bit deeper into the brand as I've grown into a sensitivity to Vit C (Moved to Copper Peptides 2 years ago). Thanks for all the helpful information. Age 60, Balanced!

I honestly didn't realize that Glow Recipe had so many products now. I just revisited the Dew Drops serum and am enjoying it again. I tryed the Plum Plump once but dydbt repurchase. I've used the Papaya cleansing balm many times and really like it but Farmacy Green Clean is still my favorite.
I LOVE Glow Recipe but totally agree about the papaya balm. When I ran out of Green Clean I thought I'd try it, but it just doesn't tick as many boxes. When the special flavoirs of Green Clean come out I'll restock. Or maybe even just get the green as i weirdly enjoy feeling like I'm washing my face with melted green Starbursts haha 😆

I just tried my first GR product. The Artic Cloudberry toner. Love. Love that product. I for years used the Lumene Artic Cloudberry line. That scent is the cloudberry and it's wonderful. I will be trying some of their other products and definitely will be replacing that Cloudberry toner. Thanks Stephanie. Great video especially seeing I'm a Rosecea sensitive dry girl.
I like using the Plum Plumb moisturizer both morning and evening. I've noticed a difference in wrinkles fading since using it. Have not used any of their other products.
This is a really great video! I've been using that new GR Cloudberry Essence for about a month now and really love it, BUT... I learned the hard way not to use it in conjunction with my tretinoin unless I'm looking to shed my skin like a python, LOL! I now use it only in the daytime along with my Caudalie serum and WOW! The dark spots on my face faded more in one week of using that combo than in the four months prior to it. I'd also invested in the GR Guava eye cream, but it was NOT worth the price I paid. The pump stopped bringing up product when the bottle was still half full, and the cream itself didn't do anything special.
I cannot use the dew drops. I love the smell, but it gave me horrible acne. I think it was because I would occasionally use it with an acid. Niacinamide is the ingredient that was bothering my skin. Once I stopped using products with niacinamide, my acne stopped.
I bought the Pomegranate Peptide serum based off your recommendation, and I love it! I will repurchase when I use it up. I got the Plum Plump serum in a Fabfitfun box and it was nice but I wouldn't buy it on my own. Same with the Plum Plump balm, it's nice but I prefer the Ole Henrikson one with peptides.
I started with the Plum Plump Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer and Serum. I agree with you about its usefulness in the evening rotation. I also use the serum under my eyes prior to applying concealer. Now, I’m giving their PHA/BHA toner for my pores. I don’t think I would give my entire routine over to Glow Recipe, but I like rotating their products with my more heavy-duty actives to give my skin a “vacation.” Thanks for the deep-dive into Glow Recipe. I’m going to pass it along to my sister who is your age. I think she’ll get a lot out of it too.

From what I’ve tried 1. Avocado ceramide cleanser (my absolute favorite cleanser, especially because of its thick texture that lathers easily) 3. Avocado ceramide recovery serum (it feels so refreshing and I use it under my tretinoin if my skin is flaking to reduce the irritation the next morning) 4. Watermelon glow toner (I don’t like the smell and it’s a bit thick, but I use it when I’m not wearing makeup and just chilling at home) 5. Blueberry bounce cleanser (actually the worst cleanser I’ve ever used- I hate the texture and the smell and it’s soooo stripping. 10/10 do not recommend pls go for the avocado one)
I love the plum plump line & I use the moisturizer & serum plus the Vitamin c eye gel . The eye gel almost got rid of my 11 lines & softens under eye lines.
If you want to start using Glow Recipe then buy minis kit first. My normal dry skin gets nothing from watermelon serum and plum moistruriser but avocado clenser is so good and watermelon bha is so handy. I want to try pomegarate and avocado serum but no minis are avialable in my country 😅

Ive been using glow recipe for years now I actually love it lol! some products I dont like is the papaya balm, blue berry cleanser , strawberry drops, night mask and the new SPF stick I'm convinced its breaking me out :( makes me sad they changed it! i loved the other one.
I quite like glow recipe but they are expensive and the percentage of actives are low so although their products do absolutely nothing for my skin, they are fun and cute to use. I really like the plum plump cream, BHA Aha serum and guava vitamin C
I think something people don’t realize is K skin care was designed for the “natural beauty” look meaning they typically don’t intend for people to be wearing makeup with their products because they want your skin to be flawless and breathable without the feeling of needing makeup and i genuinely think thats why people have alot of issues with their makeup breaking up when glow recipes products are under their foundation. I dont think theres anything wrong with makeup but i do think if youre using k beauty products id definitely try to accept and love your skin for what it is, glow recipe was intended for you to love your skin which is why their products are effective. Like i said do your makeup if you want but that wasnt glow recipes intention they wanted you to love your skin for what it is and can be and want you to love having your bare skin while nourishing and protecting it to maintain longevity
Omg i am SO glad I saw this comment!! I had the avocado cleanser and serum, the plum plump serum and moisturizer and couldn't figure out why I started getting small bumps! I returned all the products because I thought my skin doesn't like it, but I was also wearing makeup! Im totally gonna buy my GR stuff again!

I want to love GR, but my skin just fights back. I love the sensorial experience of them, but there is some ingredient that, when left on my skin, just causes major irritation breakouts. I've tried everything, even the avocado face wash irritated me. I felt like it left a film. And the lip balm broke me out allll around my lips. These tiny painful inflamed pustules! It waa awful!! And you are not alone saying the cleansing balm is just ok, but it is a staple, and i stock up during the sephora sales. I did not like the pharmacy one as much. To me, the GR papaya is smoother and feels amazing. I've never had an issue with having to rub extensively to remove my makeup. After my sample of the pharmacy, i never bought more. Also, i really like their sunscreen lotion. You didn't review it. Is it gone? It's my fav wash my face and go right to sunscreen. It feels hydrating and sinks in well when it's applied to bare skin. I'd like to try the vit c under eye, but im nervous. I keep going back and trying more tho bc it's GR, and i want so desperately to have success. They just make skincare fun!

Especially since their expiry dates seem shorter than should be...Basically the reason Glow Serum is forever on my wishlist and one of the few big brands I still haven't tried atleast one product of after their initial launch🫤I would really hate spending so much on a bad buy(ie: my skin not reacting well to the chosen product😢) But, I think after watching this very good review I can take the plunge and atleast try the avocado face wash💚
I mentioned it in a previous video, but you may not remember. I received a full-size glow recipe eye cream, and the pump would not work whatsoever. I contacted the company and they wouldn’t help me out even though I provided the batch number pictures the whole lot because it has been purchased four months prior and not opened they just wouldn’t help me so it really left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole line, using the part of a cotton swab to get the cream out I got about 85% out anyway on the website other people had problems with the pumps as well. Anyone have difficulty with this particular item?
The eye gel in the pink package has quite possibly the worst packaging I have ever run across! Have I bought it 3 times? Yes. Have I complained every single time when it comes to the end of the package? yes indeed!! I really REALLY wish they would change that packaging.
I have this cream and I like it , but when I use it about the half of the bottle the pamp stopped working so I have to get it with swab 😅 and I finished it completely 😃, still have 2 bottles to use love it so much ❤️
That’s exactly why I made the video and addressed that in the intro. I was the same way until I tried several and they worked phenomenally for my skin. They’re definitely not for younger skin only

Fantastic review of the products…I purchased a couple and they work well in my routine…Pomegranate firming serum and the dark spot serum.

I contacted the company and they wouldn’t help me out even though I provided the batch number pictures the whole lot because it has been purchased four months prior and not opened they just wouldn’t help me so it really left a bad taste in my mouth for the whole line, using the part of a cotton swab to get the cream out I got about 85% out anyway on the website other people had problems with the pumps as well. Anyone have difficulty with this particular item?
The eye gel in the pink package has quite possibly the worst packaging I have ever run across! Have I bought it 3 times? Yes. Have I complained every single time when it comes to the end of the package? yes indeed!! I really REALLY wish they would change that packaging.
I have this cream and I like it , but when I use it about the half of the bottle the pamp stopped working so I have to get it with swab 😅 and I finished it completely 😃, still have 2 bottles to use love it so much ❤️

That’s exactly why I made the video and addressed that in the intro. I was the same way until I tried several and they worked phenomenally for my skin. They’re definitely not for younger skin only
