Wished my brain worked as fast as yours!!😂
Me too 😂
When this is your daily job and you have an interest and passion in it, this comes easily.
I would never have imagined that an ignition coil would do such a thing, well done to you
Amazing how quickly you worked through this
Great work. I don't know why you don't have more subscribers, you deserve them. Top quality content.
I appreciate that!
I love the way you go through your diagnostic paths
Thanks!
Amazing how quick your channel is growing great for up and coming auto electricians
Thank you for watching!
Interesting video and some excellent troubleshooting . I enjoy your videos because there is no idle chit chat you stay focused on the problem and get the job done. So the problem was the shorted coil and rest seemed to be connected to the scanner and clearing codes and resetting everything and everything cleared and car started . Thanks for sharing. 👍Artie
Thanks 👍
Awesome real-time connecting of the dots. The shop was on the right track.....but needed advanced help!
Good diag and fix. I had an outlander with a similar issue turned out to be a melted ignition coil.
Move over ScannerDanner! This channel is awesome
Thanks! But Scanner Danner will always be the best!
Funny I had a pretty similar one the other day, GM 4.8 with injector fault codes for 2 4 6 and 8, found injector fuse B blown with a direct short, so I started chasing the short and then went back to the wiring diagram and realized that fuse also feeds all bank 2 coil packs, number 8 coil was a direct short
Cool! this was my first time seeing a shorted coil blowing a fuse.
@@advancedleveldiagnostics yeh same for me lol, never seen a coil internally shorted like that
Man, you are good!! Great work! I wish I had a good tech like you by me. Actually if you know of any good shops in South Jersey let me know please
Great diagnosis!
Amazing as usual . Now days all work depends on wiring diagram. Can you please advise for beginners which one you use some time you use it on phone today on ipad . I follow you for many years since you have your garage and after i always benefit from your advance and many thanks to you and your friend oz .
Wow!! This is truly unbelievable keep up the amazing work!!
Thank you so much!
This video is a great case study about electrical diagnosis. I am going to watch it over and over until I understand it better. Thanks!
Thank you!
I never seen that before! Great find as always. Only bad thing about your channel is you make it look easy. lol. I hope people understand the dedication of learning and practice it took to get your skill level. Appreciate the video and sharing your knowledge!
Man, I love how fast you are compared to some of these other diagnostic guys on here who try to dumb it down for others. Nice work.
Perfect diagnosis
Amazing.. you are lukcy otherwise it takes days :) to find such shorts. especially when it is powering up 20 plus components located at different locations and some are hard to access.
💯
Loved this triangle of short 😅great work bro..i was about to write that this inverter assembly is from toyota abd you mentioned it 😅as i work on lot of hybrids it was easy to know
Great 👍
I really dig your channel. Thanks for doing these. Crazy to me how complex modern cars have gotten. Take care.
Thanks for watching!
Amazing diagnosis
Thanks!
As you said: This is crazy!👏👏👏
💯
You are so fast and your logic impeccable.
Thanks!
Very informative video. Thanks again.!!
Great Diagnosis

Thanks!
Great job thanks for sharing your experience
Thanks for watching!
Job well done
Awesome as usual
Thanks again!
Interesting one. I’ve only seen that before on uk vauxhalls, which are basically european chevys.
Fantastic my man
Thanks for watching!
Great diag. 👏🏻
Thanks!
Nice!
👍🏻 well done
Nice
wow that's satisfying
Sure is!
U have no idea how much i like you hahah
Learning a lot from u and carving my thought process
Kudos from Ethiopia✌️😅
Thanks for watching!
I’m the same some time you need to clear code out of each module and even do a hard restart by disconnecting the battery for 30 min then car works again
Cool ! Great video / lesson !
You slayed that !
Thanks mate !
👊🏼 🔥 💻 📈 🧰
My pleasure! Thanks for watching!
WOW
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Did you make that bulb tool you plugged into the blown fuse? Thats a cool idea!

❤
🎉
I should know, but why does the light coming on indicate a short? If there is a legitimate load on that circuit wouldn't the electricity have to flow through the filament of the test light, thus turning it on? Really liking your content!
From my understanding with the fuse removed you should have one terminal in the fuse box hot and the other side not. If the other side was grounded (via a short) it would cause the test light to light up (one terminal has power and the other terminal shorted to ground)
@@mrnabzio4488 but wouldn’t the computer provide the ground path, since he left the car on? Or maybe I missed that the car was turned off.
The brightness of the bulb is the giveaway. That's a high wattage bulb so it has low resistance. You have essentially two resistors in series, Whatever the circuit should be feeding, and the bulb. If the circuit load is high resistance, voltage is limited through the bulb and it will be dim. If it's a dead short (low resistance) voltage available at the bulb increases and it glows bright.
@@ojmbvidsThat makes sense. Thanks for the explanation.
Cuz u have a ground on one side and power on the other
First😊
My car is having the same issue how do I book your service?
That short at the beginning was a bit of a twister.
Nice light, where did you get that from?

@@advancedleveldiagnostics Thanks..
Did you do the actual diagnosis the trace back over it for he video or was this all in real time ?
It's the actual diagnosis; however, I do edit the videos and cut out sometimes when I'm looking for a part, people coming over, answering the phone, ect.
@@advancedleveldiagnostics nice work bro , very efficient many of it most would have been chasing a wiring issue for at least 30 minutes before even thinking to unplug the engine controller .
Thought we were gonna see a dead high-speed network between the ECM TCM HV and IPDM. Turned out to be a really convoluted ghost.
Thanks for watching!
Good morning sir, I have the exact same car , I recently replaced my hybrid battery and now the acceleration is not as strong as it should have been, what’s your contact information?
advancedleveldiagnostics@gmail.com
Ur light was in n not a fuse. Sure that wasn't the problem?
Which problem the communication after I unplugged the coil? I tried that with a regular fuse.
No I commented before I watched the entire video but previously when you had ur light still plugged into the fuse slot and not a fuse I thought was why it wasn't communicating. But maybe it was a scan tool issue? Odd it worked by going into the module but didn't work in topology. But I love ur videos and learn alot from you.
Hope you played the lottery. It's never the first one you unplug.
💯🤣
😂😂😂 IPDM not IDPM .
lol I can never get it straight!
Great video keep them coming.enjoy watching your thought process.
Thanks 👍
