  • Not sure what to do while you're trying to count your breaths*? Here are some ideas. I like to start off in tabletop to get my stomach to pull in, and then increase the intensity. It's also helpful for counting: two sets in each position, and max out at the end!
    *Breathing is 5 short inhales through your nose, and 5 short exhales through your mouth!
