- This playlist of cat trapping videos documents the valuable work done by Operation Fancy Free for TNR.
This is part 2 of a colony of 35 cats trapped in the summer of 2021. Since this video was filmed, all of the cats and kittens have been TNR'd. No more kittens for this colony!
Since 2013 Operation Fancy Free (comprised of the 2 people who started the nonprofit) has been responsible for the spay/neuter of over 5000 community cats! Bryan and Kathy work tirelessly to make sure more unwanted cats are not born in this area.

Thank you guys so much for doing the good work!! The community appreciates people like you! 🤗
First off, THANK YOU ALL YOU DO!!!!❤️❤️❤️🐾🐾🐾
I am a kitty trapper in training, and could use all the advice I can get! I do have a question, being they don't go into the vet tomorrow, do you keep them in the same trap cage until then? I know it seems like a brutal question but knowing feral they probably won't pee or poop while in your control but I am having an issue "sotring" the cats until I get them into the vet the next AM. I have asked the vet to hopefully "store" them overnight into surgery day but just curious as to where you keep them until surgery day! Thanks again so very very much❤️❤️❤️
Thank you for your work 👍
Thank you for caring about kitties!
Awesome job!
Thank you!!
Good job!
Thank you!!!

In prime conditions a single female can have 3-4 litters a year & with each litter having on average 3-8 kittens with those kittens reaching sexual maturity in 4-6 months you can see how quickly a population can explode...
The Simpson cat lady live here… 😀
Can u show other video with the cover off on the transport cage for educational purpose as letting them out of the main trap cage.
After you called them, what did you do with them release them after spay and neuter?
Yes- it is a trap, neuter, vaccinate program to allow them to live their lives, but not allowing more to be born.
Excellent Job! May I ask what you are using for food? Looks like tuna or sardines.
It varies- we always use some type of canned food, mixed with dry. If the cats are being stubborn, we throw some sardines in there for extra temptation! Lately we have been using some really great chicken cat food in packets that was donated (I cannot remember the name of it right this second, but the cats love it!)
Thank you for the work you do to help the cats. This drop trap seems much safer than metals ones pvc pipe looks more light weight less harmful to cats. Where did you buy it, what's the product? Or did you make it. Thanks so much.
It is homemade (trapper Bryan made it). :)
You released them in same spot ? Trying to catch a mom and three kittens so I need to know
Yes- it is important to release in the area they are captured! ❤️
Good lord, wayyy too many cats.
These babies don't ask to be born. Be kind to them and participate in a local TNR program.
@@carolynsullivan2912 I wish I could but due to disability I can only cheer your efforts on. I’d like to find out the persons who are putting on the videos from China of these poor babies all crammed in cages to be thrown in water and drown the cats. Only to sell them to restaurants who serve it as ‘little tiger. ‘ it’s so disgusting. The poor kittys look so frightened in those cages. Meowing and huddling before drowning. Sick pricks over there I ttell ya.
😢
That's a ton of black cats
What about the kittens? Do you try to tame and find homes for them or were these ones too old already for that?
Technically most of the kittens could be tamed but depending on the area they live in, shelters and adoption programs may already be swollen with cats that are already tame needing homes.
So you're going to return so they can continue to wreck havoc on the native species 🤔 wow smh.
Only species wrecking havoc on other species are Youmans.
They need to be culled, not captured.
Why? There’s caregiver will continue to feed and care for them. The trapping is to go get them fixed and vaccinated. Then they are brought back to the caregiver/owner so they can live out their lives but no longer breed.
there comes a time when too many cats need to be culled....this is one of them
No that's simply Evil! There's too many people on the planet too!!! so are people next? That's not godly solution Hello!
I agree
Culled....do you mean killed? There is NO time when an innocent living domesticated creature needs killed, just to appease people who don't like cats.
Cats serve a purpose keeping the mouse and rat populations down.
Be kind, they don't ask to be born.
