    Looks delicious! Which brand of vegan mozzarella do you use? I wonder if we have it in the USA. It looks a lot better than the kinds I’ve used here

    Wow, great 👍 That shedder looks nice! What brand is it? I have trouble finding a shredder that can shred potatoes in the perfect size like yours! They are either too fine or too big.

      You eat it every day because bovine casein is metabolized into bovine casomorphins, which are opiates 10 times as strong as those of the same casomorphins resulting from the digestion of human casein found in breastmilk; it's literally a stronger opiate than heroin, designed to make a calf so addicted to its mother's teats that it drinks enough to grow over 200 kilograms in a single year. That's why dairy is both so addictive and causes so many growth-related issues in humans, including musculoskeletal disorders and cancers (breast cancer in particular is highly correlated with dairy intake). Bovine cheese is particularly devious as it's an extremely concentrated source of this bovine casein, with many such cheeses typically containing as much as 20 grams of casein per 100 grams of weight, constituting 80% of the total protein content of the cheese.
      It's even worse than a heroin addiction if you ask me. Personally I stay away from all opiate drugs, so I don't touch dairy.

      Vegan meat is better than vegan dairy. But there is some great vegan dairy that gives the original a run for their money. Cashew cream comes to mind as does almond and coconut creams. Cheese sauce yes, meaty cheeses not so much plus often lots of chemicals but not always.

      You have two options:
      1. Get potato and make this delicious recipe
      2. Watch one of my other videos and make a dish with the ingredients you have.
      I have plenty of recipes for lentils, chickpeas, cabbage, tofu, sweet potatoes, broccoli etc.
