Embracing the suck is what its all about i think I lived in phoenix for 20 years and visited flag many times so its cool to see again with now living across the country
I’m excited for your race! Question: My biggest issue with marathon training is always being tired. I’m not overtraining, because I can hit my workout targets week after week. Do you think I just need to sleep more and make sure my nutrition is on point? Or is being tired all the time just part of being a marathoner? 😂
What’s your recommendation for the off season from xc to track? I’m a senior in hs rn running 50 miles a week during xc and was wondering if I should do a little build back up to 50, less, or more than that in that winter offseason
