The form coach was a cool thing that isn’t seen often. A lot of people say that you don’t want to change it too much, but I think there’s little chance of injury if it’s done one thing at a time. Over the years, I’ve transitioned from a heel striker to a mid foot striker and I’ve fixed my arm carriage; reduced upper body torsion. No injuries from any of that and I’m a much more efficient runner.

Keep up the good work. When I was a runner, in my mind recovery and nutrition were almost more important than the training. I'm 60 now, live in the States, still going to the gym and run occasionally. Good luck I'm pulling for you.

Very interesting to see that even Brett Robinson needs a bit of help with his running technique, if he's working on it I think I should do too 😂

at the level he runs, he needs all the help he can get. I'm surprised he doesn't have a coach for the mindset aspect of it.

With the Triple Magnesium: be sure to shake (not stir) 200-250ml of lukewarm water 1 hour before bed. Also if you track your sleep with WHOOP, Oura, Garmin etc, be sure to pay attention to your deep sleep levels. This relates to the physical restoration of sleep :)
