Just wish they would be sold again in the USA. People love Panasonic TV's. I had a Panasonic tv myself once upon a time.
Yeah, it's when LCD killed Plasma, it's stoopedety of them to not to be sold on other markets once they go out of business from after market filled with all OLED hype as they make OLED TVs also...
@@YavNe even though Panasonic oleds are expensive some people would still be willing to spend the extra money to have one because of their awesome picture quality.
Trust me when I say this. Panny has amazing out of the box picture accuracy and tremendous upscaling.
Can we get it in the US?
No qd oled though
i think panasonics are the best consumer tv's!
@@helloguy8934 that's true, no QD oled. But the question is, for how much people will it actually be affordable and will it be profitable for Panasonic to lounge this technology at this point? They are not Sony, Samsung or LG. They will have it in the upcoming years and they probably will be the best at it, picture quality wise when they bring it to the market.
@@pietroscarpa2384 Isn't Sony generally the best in terms of panel quality? I see so many people simping for parasonic. But this kind of sounds like sony.
If only Panasonic would sell TV's in the U.S. again! My whole house used to be Panasonic, Sharp and Hitachi TV's never had an issue with any of em!
This is probably the tv I’m picking up this year.
While there were some big TVs announced at ces - IMHO it was dissappointing that the Sony and Samsung QD OLEDs were only 65". I'm glad Panasonic has started to go bigger.
Well when LG first 4K OLED only came 55 and 65 mostvhe difficult to make 75/7 83/5 inch panel'sm
Me with 48inch-why the heck are talking about 77inch, 65 inch is already big
@@space0015 No it isn't. 😂😂😂
65-inch TV's look tiny.
@@PSYCHOV3N0M from my perspective that is. 75inch and up tv here is not viable here due to price. I went with 48inch c1 cause 65inch au8000 had atrocious hdr.
If Panasonic released a 42" LZ1500 with heatsink, that would absolutely be killer.
Is an issue not heaving it?
They probably should focus on the more popular market---gaming. The uber highend cinema niche isn't gonna help them much and I fear they would eventually abandon the entire TV market. I would love Panasonic's picture quality + LG's gaming features!
Yeah, but no heatsink other than flagships, sadly...
@@ouki4925 They did. They introduced LG's Game Optimiser features if you watch their LZ2000 announcement. Well, it would as even Sony missing them. ;D Well, they are not open in global market, so who chooses Panasonic would choose them already without even gaming features. ^^ But they got the features, so np. Sony's out of the box picture quality is better and LG is even more accurate after calibration, dunno about Panasonic!
Yes it would be great for gaming and tv shows and movies also.
I have a 55" GZ1000 here in Australia that i absolutely love. Picture and colour accuracy got even better thanks to your recommended picture settings in a different video. Such a shame they don't distribute in Aus anymore.
What tv did you compare it with before buying?
I just saw this tv in my room in a dream... Felt amazing...
It's a sign.... start saving up
Yeah the television god came to see you in your dreams
Purchased the JZ1500 55 inch and couldn’t be happier.
My professionally-calibrated Panasonic GZ2000 is superb, able to provide pristine image quality and definitely the best TV I have ever owned (I had upgraded from an LG E7 OLED).
If the near-black processing problems of last year’s JZ2000 have been fixed, I will be upgrading to the LZ2000 just to get the HDMI 2.1 gaming features for use with my games consoles.
I'm upgrade LG OLED C2 65 inches perfect than pana...pana it's terrible don't buy ii... this my experience 🙏 please.
I'd buy Panasonic all day everyday, except for that small detail where they won't sell their TV's in Australia any more!!!
I agree wholeheartedly Christian.
I too am a long-term Panasonic A/V enthusiast, and cannot understand or justify the absurd business decision to not sell their UHD HDR OLED TV panels in Aust or Nrth America, I believe asia and Europe only.
I currently still have the last 55"
Vt- 60 3D 2014 , plasma still producing a great picture from Bluray discs..out of the box
I have always been of the belief Plasma had the best natural picture reproduction, but i must say from 2018 to current the OLED screen tech has really stepped up in so many technical advances and setting options
And Panasonic have especially lead from the front!!!
I would love to update ( if I had the money ) ,but due to Panasonic TV's not being sold in Australia that is extremely disappointing and frustrating for a consumer.
Panasonic H.Q must overturn this ridiculous business decision.
They are leaving a substantial market share on the table, so to speak without America ,Australia.
Yeah it’s sad. Guess it was not financially viable anymore. People want bigger but cheapppp T.V’s that you find at department stores like Kmart or Big W.
@@Lintahlo i believe the reason Panasonic have elected NOT to sell their panels in Australia and America and I imagine Canada too ,is they feel their product is high end ( and rightly so ) and their are too many low end brands flooding the market share and they felt they did not want to compete with $ over quality, as most consumers aren't savvy on the value of the high brand tech .
They just look at the price !!
Brands like Heisence, TCL etc are low value brands .
But in pulling their panels off the market in two very relevant areas of sale ,Panasonic have left a huge market share of sales on the table !!!
And yes Panasonic flagship UHD HDR OLED professional panels are the benchmark used in the color calibration of Hollywood studios.
Can't have a better reference than that!!!!
Cmon Panasonic release your tvs back in Australia and America!
@@martydmc12 100% agree with your comment statement.
Panasonic would be wise in still making their A/ V products available to the true A/V and physical media enthusiast, in specialist stores if they do not wish to retail in the major electronic ms stores.
I have been a fan if Panasonic right back to the early 80s when they were branded NATIONAL.
Loved their early to mid 80s boom boxes & walkmans.
Badabing!
Very poor business decision to eliminate such viable countries of prime market share !???
Stupid, maybe that accounts for how damm expensive they are to compensate for that portion of retail loss in the market??!!
Not everyone has 6- 8 k to spend on a TV panel
Over here in Australia you can get a moderate entry level projector home theatre package for that coin?!
@@Lintahlo
Yep... same in the plasma days.. they'd pay less for a big cheap TV just to show how big it was although still stuck in vivid mode...
Nice one Vincent:)
someone know whick resolution support pana now? in the past there is no 1440p, only 1080p and 4k. its important for me, i don t find the info, for the jz too i dont know

Vincent never disappoints. Hey when are you going to review the next TCL hybrid qled release? Surely they are going to announce something now that Samsung has come out with their QD-OLED?
Does it have some sort of cable management on the rear so the cables can't be seen when using the stand.
great to see Panasonic not giving up on their TV's!

I'm starting to think Vincent doesn't sleep.🤣🤣
Is 120hz worth the price tag if you're running an XBox-One?
Or is it something better suited for the Series-X, PS5, or hyper gaming computer?
I just saw vincent in my room in a dream... Felt amazing...

Is it true that the last update on the C1 added more input lag?
I really wish they were in the US market.
I want to know who makes that jumper you're wearing - I really like it!
55" JZ1500, or LZ980? As I know LZ980 get the oled.ex panel, but I don't know, how big is the difference in brightness, as it's the next gen oled. And I couldn't find a shop, where I could see a LZ980 :(. The price is the same for both, as JZ is 1 year older.
Exciting news!
I have a GZ950 OLED and its the best TV i have ever owned. Glad that Panasonic are going bigger but i think they need a smaller display too like a 42 incher to remain competitive.
I need a version thats smaller than 55 with speakers like that...
Hi V... Please 🙏 ask Panasonic to release lz1500 in 77 inches ASAP.. I will buy one for sure.. PROMISE.. it was so hard not to be tempted by other offerings in 2021..
Nice overview thanks. Have Panasonic shifted production to TCL for the 2022 range of TV's?
Not OLEDs, AFAIK. Still made in Panasonic's factories.
Is there a game bar for LGCX?
Vinnie. Did you see a spec sheet? With the new speaker setup being touted as an improvement I’m just hoping they’ve left in the ability for the external sub. At the price it could be it could keep buyers from having to shell out for more audio!!!!🤞🏼
Wish they’d sell their TVs in North America!
The same for us in Australia, they left the TV business here a few years ago😒
No need, now we got the sony a95k which had quantum dot oled on top of sonys amazing processer. Together, itll exceed even the PANASONIC in picture quality

Wish I could buy one in the USA. I have one from way back when and I still love it.
What is the price range for these new LZ2000's and where can you purchase them???
Can someone tell me how to access the service menu please?
Looking forward to your review Vincent, sounds promising.
Of course, just when I bought the 65” JZ1500 😁
I wonder how the Panasonic with 2nd generation EVO Panel tech will do against the 1st generation QD OLED.
when is it being released in the uk ?
Been waiting for Panny to make a 77 inch Tv, looks likes its the Sony flagship vs Panasonic LZ2000
Hi Vincent, I got just one question: Which Tv do you use most of the time? I mean which is your personal favourite?
He doesn't own one
I have multiple Panasonic TVs over the years mainly plasma still going strong and year by year their TVs have mainly been the ugliest looking but in terms of viewing experience they have been at the top end. Friends and family buying Samsung and LG TVs which are nice looking TVs but the viewing picture are horrible when I go round their place and watch their TVs I'm always glad I bought a Panasonic. I bought last Plasma before Panasonic stopped making plasma and people still today say I love the quality of the picture without even talking about the TV they just bring it up mid conversations. Which to me shows how good they are. So I can't wait for LZ2000 model to come out
Where's the motherglass for 85 inch oleds from Panasonic😭😭😭
Please make a video comparing this to Sony and LG oled TVs
If this can hit 1250 in cinema on 77 inch then wow 🤩
Those Pana tv’s are exactly what I’m looking for. I have the jz2004 55 and will go for another 77 lz. Simple Os though I hope they allow for a firmware to strip everything of apps and got knows what shit. Has decent sound and great image quality. I don’t want a whole circus of speakers in my living room and can’t be bothered by app integration as this is as volatile as quick sand for the long term. I just connect my Apple TV and can watch whatever I want including my tv broadcast subscription.
Basically just want a monitor like the pioneer kuros or professional panasonics from yrs ago.
Bought a 65inch hz2000... awesome tv but have surround setup...
Would be happy with just a monitor
I'll be very interested to see if the lz1500 has the same screen as the lz2000 as I'd like to use my own surround system.
Probably will...
I got the hz2000 master panel in a 65 at good price as last one left and £500 more than the hz1000s as prices started going up on them but didn't want the speakers as my own setup but from jz series the 1500s were same as the 2000s minus the atmos speaker setup.. so prob continue that trend..
Sometimes you may need to watch something at 1am and those smaller speakers will be a bit more directional. Also you may have sensitive hearing if you get an ear infection. You never know...
i love panasonic what led tvs are out thisyr
i wonder why they didn't go with 48gbit hdmi 2.1. just like the other manufacturers did, this year. would be amazing if they would add just 1 hdmi2.1 port with full bandwith.
Any way to buy these in the US?
I hope the Singapore and Malaysia Panasonic Agent will bring the ?Z1500 models into the region. We don't really need the high end model (2000 series) when we already have a good soundbar.
The 2022 line up looks promising but way out of my budget for my first oled, I found a use good low hours Sony 55” a8g for $500 or Lg c9 55 for $550 or a cx for $500 I don’t game hardcore like I use to but planning of getting Xbox series x for light gaming but mostly stream movies prime video, vudu , iTunes movies ,from a Apple TV what do you guys recommend I go with ?
firstly I recommend to test all 3 check personally if are in OK condition then probably cx or a8g , though c9 had less brigtness limiter , run eventually brighter HDR highlights then later models, which is odd but true :) and check all 3 models with 1%, 2%,3%, 4% , 5% , 10% grey slides as well with 100% white pattern, downloadable in 1st post of below thread check for pink tint, and vertical banding lines, cleanest panel in 5% 10% greys and 100% whites without vertical banding & pink tint is the winner, please use TV setting for each brand different based on instruction of that avs forum thread, you can bring your video files for tv test on USB key or USB harddrive to person offering TV, good luck, watch for possible burn in on TVs when buying new ones, and watch for turning off on suddenly wonky TV agree on 1month return period with offering person. I have the 65hz2000 in my den but only used for films.. and if go to picture settings found having it in a professional mode 1 or 2, ifc.. I love the picture on the Panasonic oleds... very much like a pioneer or Panasonic plasma which we still have in front room for everyday viewing.. think film maker mode is good and it may be the default mode on my hz2000 for Netflix and Disney when DV is enabled... but try the intelligent frame creation turned off too gets rid of that speeded up false look.. some are ok with it but it drives me mad... don't use Netflix etc so much as by time found something I'm falling asleep 😴..
so still looking to get the LG C2 then? got it. seems insane to have any tv not with 4x 2.1 ports coming out this year. it takes so little effort by the manufacturer to show they care about their tv lasting more than a few years.

10,000. Changhiong
This is the tv I'm most interested in 77" - not really interested in speakers - but sometimes I don't fire up receiver . I do think they would of had MediaTek slightly tweak the SOC . Interested to know what the tuning of HDR means - suppose like audio - vocals are in mid-range - the specular highlights , and dark scenes are are more emotive touches . If we ignore QD-OLEDS - then you would be super super happy - knowing you had one of the best cheaper TVs . Now taking QD-OLEDSs into account- is only a dilemma if prices are reasonable . Secondly all these TVs have great PQs for TODAYS media - so size matters - if you like Sony an A90J 83" is a great TV - the owners are raving about it . Put a A90J next to a A90K - and the A90K will look better - like a salesman in audio playing what he wants to sell you slightly louder- but this older tech does nearly 100 DC-P3 - once calibrated- they give the creators intent . Anyway hope the LZ2000 77 is a great TV - lots of choices coming for all price ranges . If QD-OLEDS come in "cheap" I will buy a cheap holding OLED C2, A80k, LZ1000 65" and upgrade to QD-OLED 77" or 83" in 3 or 4 years
Would've or would have.
Not would of.

“A Big News…” 😂where can we find the 77LZ2000 in the US
Too bad it’s not going to be available in Canada
It's a shame that Panasonic aren't making a QD-OLED model in 55 and 65 inch, presumably they wanted their flagship range to use the same panel technology and be able to expand sizes to 77 inch and QD-OLED doesn't go that big yet.
I wonder if they will finally have some Mini-LED or return to FALD LED again, if they go for just edge-lit LCD again with low levels of brightness and contrast there's little point in releasing new models, they may as well just stick with their 2021 LCD range for 2022.
It would be great to see Panasonic introduce a dual cell LCD from BOE like Hisense did last year in the USA, it reviewed well and with Panasonic's expertise the picture quality would be phenomenal.
This is a brand that really needs to stick around, if they don't push the boundaries or at least match others in the tech used they will go under in the TV market.
I don't think that Panasonic has the budget to jump on to new technologies immediately. But when they bring it to the market they make sure that they are among the best.
The question now is can LZ2000 provides value than Sony A95k?
I just hope Panasonic is so terrified of the A95K that they drop their LZ prices. 🙏
