This is the state of a channel where you just have to stay on the grind. Because it’s already blooming
Yess the struggle is real but so glad it’s finally starting to grow 🥰🌱
Ayyy lesss goooo!! 🚀🚀🚀🚀
I loved this video!!! I’m an SDR too and have had a really slow, uneventful week.. feeling slightly discouraged if I’m honest but this makes me feel less alone 🥹 wishing you all the best and I’m definitely subscribing hehe ❤️
Aww thank you so much ❤Being an SDR is definitely a struggle sometimes, but we got this! 🥺Your comment honestly made my day & wishing you the best as well ❤

It's my second day as an SDR in London, it's been great, love cold calling!
Congrats! Ive always wanted to try working in London!~ Cold calling seems very daunting to me personally, but Im so great to hear that you love it! ❤️
I'm 17 and looking to become an SDR in London aswell. Do you have any advice from me? 🤔
@@frrrprrr6141 Go on Linkedin, search up "TrainYo" apply. It is a free SDR BootCamp that helps you get a role at the end if you do well. That is how I got my job. If you do apply, tell them Raph from the April cohort sent you.
Feel free to send me a Linkedin message if you got any questions!
@@raphaeldavidgranado9552 oh my LORD this so valuable thank you Raphael. My name is Hamse btw.

Hope this was helpful ❤️🥺 I made another video on working in tech sales if you wanted to learn more: ua-cam.com/video/TVLjEynxZ9g/v-deo.html
Do you think tech sales would be a good fit for an introvert? Cold calling intimidates me because I’m not really a people person lol
I’m also an introvert but our company doesn’t cold call 😅 I’m not too sure if I’d be able to handle it. I think you’d definitely get used to it after a while but in terms of how long you could do it for I’m not too sure 😭😭 Maybe you could look for smaller companies so you also have other responsibilities other than cold calling? 😊
@@ricezhangg how did you find a job like that? And are you able to work anywhere?
How do you stay motivated when, to your point, a week has gone by and you haven’t been able to book a meeting?
I think for me, there was a lot of pressure to book meetings, but it was also a startup so we were refining our sales process. Because there wasnt a robust process in place, my manager was more on the forgiving side because we were all trying to learn on the go. In terms of motivation, I kind of lost it eventually.... & ended up switching to operations HAHA Personally I think monetary motivation is the only thing that kept me going in sales haha What about you?
0:09 I notice in this video and your other tech sales video, you put k-drama/netflix at 12pm. My question is, since your job is remote, why not just have netflix/k-drama in the background or on the corner laptop screen as a minimize widget window so that you can watch Netflix all day? You would be enjoying your work so much more (not that you are not) while getting paid 85k plus (at least that is what I am assuming you get paid, lol).
For me personally, I usually like to play music instead of dramas while I work because I get distracted too easily 😅😅 If I had Netflix playing all day, I would prob end up watching netflix all day heh But Im also a little paranoid in the sense that I only use my work laptop for work purposes (just in case my company is tracking my usage). Im not sure if anyone else is like this too, but you never know😂😂
Is your job remote are most tech sales jobs remote do you get an hourly wage plus commission or just commission
Most tech sales jobs are salary + commission! If you see for example $100,000 OTE earnings in the job description it means if you meet the sales target, you can expect to earn 100k that year!
@@ricezhangg how hard is it to sale are most positions remote how long do you have to meet expectations before they fire you
Where did you get the cake? It looks delicious
The fruit tart is from a bakery in the SF Bay Area called the Rockridge Markethall! Its one of my favorite places to get cakes/tarts! :)
I’m officially leaving tech sales! Here’s my last day and an FAQ of my experience 🙋♀️ ua-cam.com/video/Bxz1MoXvapE/v-deo.html ✨
What’s the name of the K-drama you played?
its called business proposal & available on netflix!~
I like that idea with the dumplings what's the recipe for that lol
Coming soon! Im going to make a video with a lot of the homemade recipes Ive featured in my past videos~
