Love your beef stroganoff recipe! I also add a 1/2 cup of heavy cream and throw a bag of shredded cabbage at the end, cover and simmer til soft. Its so good this way! A complete meal! Oh, and its pronounced “worse-teh-sheer” LOL
I recently made a pretty good stirfry w/ beef, zucchini, onions, peppers, bean sprouts, garlic & ginger, plus tamari (or aminos), sesame oil & a little bit of Lakanto sweetner.
Tried the zucchini recently and found it amazing. Whenever I'd dish out a bowl for a meal for myself, I'd heat it up and then add some shredded mozzarella and a little sour cream, and man, it's awesome. I'm making another batch this evening.
Something to note for those who are new to low carb/keto, Rao's is an important choice because alot of other brands of marinara use alot of sugar in their sauces. You may be able to find another brand that is cheaper and doesnt have alot of sugar as well.
These are great recipes for the family. I can adjust the ingredients with what works best for us (without leaving a negative comment about the ONE ingredient I don’t like)!😊
I think a little soy in a few beans is the least of my worries. I always think about how much soy Asian countries eat and they have a fraction of the western diseases and hormone issues. Hormone problems are usually from overeating, elevated fasting blood sugar, and being overweight. I use a cuisinart cooktop
Then switch to kidney beans. Or navy beans. Or green beans. Or pinto beans. Or great northern beans. Or fava beans. Or coffee beans. Keep going down the list of beans until you find one you find acceptable. Try jelly beans if you have to.

Marinara sauce is NOT low carb....it is very high in sugar.
