This song has a superb bass line. Not many people listen to the bass on a song. I think Guy Pratt is massively under appreciated!
The riff at the very beginning is the SNCF jingle, the french national train company jingle; Thing is David fell in love with the jingle because he heard it like only a few times.
David Gilmour is a legend nothing more to say
I didn't like it at first, but now i love it, its a great song.
Not only is David Gilmour a great musician, he is a great live performer even at this age. Very impressive with his voice and his notes are perfect.
Amazing! Guy Pratt was perfect.
Gilmour 70 and Still Rockking!!
Most performers from his time release wish wash crap solo albums but Gilmour always keeps his groove and style perfected. Never tire of him.
the bass line is so fucking good!!!
Saw him live at the Royal Albert Hall on 25th September - just the best gig ever......thank you DG :-)
Have you noticed professional live performers not using in-ear equipment at all? :) Way to go David!
His voice for someone that age is amazing - I really didn't expect him to sound that good. Nice one Dave, well done for continuing to do what you love :)
how come he still sounds that way at 70
Damn he sounds good.
Più passa il tempo e più mi rendo conto della tua immensità.....
