There is a program
called VisiSaver that claims to convert videos to screensavers. And it's free too!
I don't care if it's a screen saver or not, I ust want to know how you got the file for the background.

Try Wallpaper Engine on steam. Yea it costs a little ($5 I think) but it is worth it.
