Trailer Tricks: New looking rims both painted and galvanized

My rims make me look like a joke!!! So with some work I bring them back to looking good. Both of my sets need work so I do a galvanized set and a painted steel rim set. You can see why the painted steel rims should not go in saltwater. This is a good video for those on a budget who want to look better. Even kids who are getting into guiding or competition fishing that are dealing with what they have. This is for you!!!

Do you have to reapply every year? Im thinking of doing this to my car rims

On mine since it's steel in saltwater it does go to crap fast. Steel on road not so bad. It may last a bit longer. 2-3 years.
