Speed sensor is connected to digital odo meter is provided. Sensor out put is dc .If we want to connect pulse counter circuit and digital out put meter is required. You can see in youtube electronic odometer working by entering. TRK murthy NFC
you have any idea where i could get a replacement shaft for this motor? or somehow add something to the threads as ive had some overtorque damage my shaft and it spins slightly.

What kind of problems can I encounter if those small round metals fall or are mounted upside down. You probably explained this in the video, I had to ask this question because I don't speak English. there was noise in the engine part of my bike and I opened the engine and changed the bearings. I heated the engine cover to remove the bearing and those little metals fell off. im so happy for this video i spent alot of hell on this motor until i found this teardown. i removed the 4th blue wire speed sensor but when i did my display was reading 99km an hour. any ideas? truly i dont even care if i have a speedometer at this point but i wanted to remove the governer.

I was riding my fiido d1 ebike and the rear wheel locked up all of a sudden, causing the bike to skid off to the side with me on it. It seemed like something inside the rear wheel locked up, any ideas what it could be? It was a momentary thing, the wheel worked afterwards, but caused me to brake abruptly. Actually there is a problem with my bike (i didnt take good care of it). Sometimes, the pedals don't work. What I mean is, when you turn the pedals, the chain turns the rear wheel, however, sometimes the rear wheel doesn't turn... its like pedaling backwards. But sometimes it does work. Mostly when it is warm. Its like there is some engagement pin inside the rear wheel that sometimes engages and sometimes doesn't.. Anyone know? many thanks!
There must be hall sensors wire issue which is either brokem ittle bit but somehow connected partially so during vibration contacts loose . Or it may possible connector is not properly connected and getting disconnected for perticuler vibrations. Remove all the connectors and reconnect it. Also check wires if broken or cuts on it. If this not works motor or controller need to be replaced.
If thats a "Hummmm....." awaj then it could be because of damaged capacitor of motor due to which the torque required is not being produced enough. Tesle garda huna sakxa
