Nice Job!

whats in the 2 mode controller to test the hub motor?
Mine Is broker right in the bearing, can you fix it?
How did the weld hold up? Will that be a weak spot?
There is no stress on that part of the axle- Until you crash it!
I need mine fixed
which bike brand was it ?
It looked exactly the same as my Coswheel 20 motor. It was exactly the vid I was looking for! except he diddnt service the hall sensors- just replaced the wires. But after watching other vids, I learned the hall sensors dont like heat. long thrashy rides on hot days kills them. Im seeking ways to keep the hub cooler.
I am looking for hall sensors or Pcb board for a hub motor from Ouxi v8 with Pcb board from Huacan 0175LM.
top ,,,,,
More info on the Hub motor tester.
if ur intrested i sell one tests many voltages to
Final result can be seen if motor is back in it's housing not like that!
It is already installed my friend.. and it working normally...
Got a simular issue with my 250 watt hub motor..all I got is a 70 amp "power fist" stick welder and 6011 rods thinner than pencil lead. Would rather just buy a new compatable engine and replace the old one..do not believe 6011 rod is the right choice for a long term satisfactory repair, and will most likely break again if I do so...but may just do it anyway and maybe get lucky later on with amazon or ebay finding a sutible replacement part. So far it's been a huge headache attempting to aqquire funds..but lucky enough to have a non powered under $200 bicycle to use while figuring things out.
Even if I get the part for my truck to get it back on the road, cannot afford to run it or insure...😅..so down to cycling more often.
Kinda hurts, took a chance on this Ebike craze to help the whole getting to and finding employment because the truck repairs were more than I could afford and needed something with the last thousand bucks from a work situation gone bad and needed something more economical...now I got a thousand dollar hunk of useless aluminium and electric parts I cannot use, plus nobody but myself in the countryside that has any slight notion of ability to fix it, but no proper equipment to fix the thing properly..
Lucky to still have this device I am typing on and some internet access..
Motor made in either shenzen or shenzou..
Suprised it held up for 5000km before breaking in relitively the same spot...😅. Would rather go with a T.I.G. system or something equivelent to a low hydrogen rod be it 7018 or 8018 for such an attempt..but that's just me..never really liked mig much..too fast and piles on the rollers on them old miller machines at the shop long ago, plus cost of shielding gas..well, can get away with a few minor welds every now and then in the back lot, but too windy for M.I.G. regardless of screens and there is the whole expense thing..
Not an easy trade to stay with during rough times and recessions, nor get fully competent among others and shops that go through workers like toilet paper...😅.
Managed to get the journeyman ticket, but kinda late in the game plus health concerns, save for minor repairs on ones own stuff. Fast paced cut throat buisness these days..
Kinda wised I stayed in that auto shop as a teenager.
I'd not accept this as a repair solution!
I agree with you my friend, as i said in video i do not recommend this repair to anyone.. The client begged me to proceed with this solution.
Why not? He replaced the broken hub wires and got it running again.
Some people dont see repairing as a solution. they expect full part replacement. They need to spend 45 years repairing land rovers and farm equipment to learn all I have about what can and can't be done. @@Sputz3
