When artists would want to make a time lapse in Photoshop, we would ALWAYS have to open some screen recording software. Pretty much every other art program has its own time lapse functionality but NOW... someone made what we've all been hoping for!

I have a potato PC, and for years I've been looking for a way to record Photoshop progress like Procreate or similar, without having to install a third-party program that eats up PC resources. You just changed my life.😃

The issue mentioned at 6:02 and at 10:06 - I found that the reason it did it for me was because I was using 7zip to 'unpack' the files. For me using the Windows 'extract all' was what solved it without going into the registry. Hope that helps :)
Man I usually never comment on UA-cam but you changed my life in a serious way, I've been hesitating to create a Patreon for years because I couldn't record timelapses of my paintings and now it's suddenly become so easy

It's funny how I have to look up basically every single tutorials just to get something to record my art process on freaking adobe. I'm glad this video exist so I know about the plugin but I sadly use a mac, it gave me a bunch of troubles as it's really different from windows. I wonder why adobe can't spend some time and actually add this in the app rather than making us all suffer from finding ways to make something as simple as a timelapse.

I wonder if there's a reason PS doesn't include this kind of functionality.
Because adobe doesn't care about artists' needs/wants. They see it as a photo editor first, everyone else can kick rocks as far as they're concerned.
i got to the click button to record step but it didn't register any change on my canvas:( any help please?
Does this work on other adobe softwares as well? like illustrator, indesign ? or is it specifically for photoshop?
I honestly am trying it right now and it is nifty, however, the video I've made isn't as detailed when I'm using the Polygonal Lasso Tool... I am guessing only the brush and pen tools are able to show detail in the video speedpaint... Although this happened to me, I am still going to use this plugin for Photoshop for other art pieces I may to create with the tools other than the Lasso. I thank you so much for this video! This is a much better alternative because I never liked OBS app like ever!^^)>

Does anyone know what it means when you have downloaded everything correctly and have the, record, delete record and render options visible but when u go to record it comes up with, 'this path was not found'. I have been using the screen record application for a while and just finished with a illustration and now it seemed to have been bugged so I deleted the app and other files along with it. Know getting this error, this path was not found'. I have tried deleting and reinstalling everything step by step 3 times now, even deleting Photoshop as well on my last attempt to start completely from scratch, yet still the issue prevails. Can anyone help 😢

If you go to the package there is a mac file and a win file, also thank you for showing us this
and if you dont want to record flipping use the flip in view tab instead of actually flip the canvas

It says that photoshop cannot open the plugin because its not registered? Is it because i have the most updated version of photoshop? Im so sad i cudnt use this 😭
There's a fix for that in the video after the installation. It's rare but happens so I included it at the end

No, but there's only 3 buttons and a few boxes to worry about. I explain pretty much what they mean in the video

The constant horizontal flipping really distracts from enjoying your timelapses. Also: 13 mins this video shoulda been 3 mins tops.
