Gaijin cannot just ask someone to pay $61 for a paratrooper squad. It will scare the new and old players away. I know i stay because i never browse through the shop and just played the game
Even though they are separate games, they do this with war thunder. The only vehicles that I could say that is like paratroopers is the ka 50 and Abrams. Great vehicles but are being asked $60-$70 USD and there are players who pay for them that are new but get driven away because they get put in a hole and ruin the game for them selves. While it can’t happen in enlisted since premium works a bit differently it still leads to the game being ruined for them. It’s unfortunate and just made worse by UA-cam or the sweat that makes it seem like a god squad/vehicle.

The overall point that I was making is that the players is question see ads for the game and want to check it out. Which leads them to either UA-cam or just to the game. If it’s UA-cam they see this UA-camr do well with the squad/vehicle and say this is a great thing, buy it and then get greeted by the grind. Then it leads to them not being effective and ruining their own experience. That’s how it’s in enlisted, but WT you can be put in a negative position with silver lions and just be a huge detriment to your team and your own sanity.
Same bro, I just started playing and I think it’s the best WW2 game ever made lmao troop movement and extreme long range is what sets this game apart from all others. This game is 1 of 1 imo and I hope more games in the future have a shit ton of ai running around. I’m 31yr and can appreciate how good this game is and what it offers.

The devs have such greedy business tactics, they literally have monetized every aspect of the game. Like I get a free to play game needing a way to make money but thats not what gajin/dark flow are doing. They are locking shit like the STUG 3 and paratroopers behind bullshit paywalls instead of actually improving the game. They deadass fucked up their STEAM RELEASE for a few extra dollars. Wanna pay for customization so you don’t have the default look? $6 per soldier get fucked. Wanna buy a gun you just unlocked through the tech tree? You have to buy the ability to buy it. Wanna use the fucking THOMPSON? Too bad grind 100 hours. What gajin/dark flow has done is have no respect for the players time and instead of fixing it they just add a bunch of shit you can buy to make the grind better and even with premium time and squads it still takes forever to grind. It would not surprise me if Enlisted has lost 75% of its playerbase.
Gaming promotion, in which a participant who randomly completes a task in regular battles is compared to an event in a separate mode that cannot be accessed randomly. Buddy, if you're into analytics, you need to take it seriously.
For me it's the fact they haven't fixed any issues from day one i.e. grey zone camping, plus their monetization is greedy or at times down right predatory. THAT'S why I refuse to return till they fix those issues

I left enlisted when they did the merge and put apc on paywall in this game you cant do anything without paying (i dont want to hear any copers saying that i can get a good thing after 2000 hours of grind) this game got too many things with pay walls even if you have a lot of money to pay you still get nothing wtf
True, goyjin's greed in enlisted is much more present in comparison to war thunder. Premium squads get the best of all worlds, when I have to pick between having an engineer and radio operator in a squad. Goyjin's greed will eventually kill this game.
I want the God damn bugs fixed, like the bracing or mounting weapon bug thats been an issue for 3 years now, I want my ai tail gunners In my plane to actually fireback, I could give a fuck less about if my uniform is blowing in the wind when I jump out of a plane, hit reg needs overhaul I'm sick of losing gunfights because full damage isn't being registered. I'm tired of the important shit being put on the back burner while they focus on premium weapons, squads, and vehicles to sell.
I returned to Enlisted due to the Breaking Dead event. I actually enjoy the new research system after the merge, even though it's a big grind. The only thing I miss is the mode they had back in the day without bots, and only real players.
I am also sadened by this. The moment I saw the player count for the event, which, again, was a very good event... I don't know what can be done at this point. But I 100% agree with you, the main priority for the game should be to get more players. They need to do this to at least maintain the current numbers, which might actually go down naturally over time as people max out the grind, all in order to keep the game alive. The current state of the game itself is good, focus on players.
Looking at the charts, I remember some major updates on certain months like Fall of 2021 with the release of Tunisia then March-April of 2022 despite the Stalingrad campaign came out which I'm not surprised as they did some greedy experiment with the Stalingrad full access pack there and I was a fool for being one of the owners of the now defunct pack only to bite me in the ass with the merge and the way they tried to address owners. September of 2022 with the release of Pacific where that was also the time where the STG and Tiger were introduced in Normandy and majority of players try Normandy Allies at first due to mainstream movies and docus about D-Day only to be the receiving end of the Tiger from the hill making the beach a shooting range for Tigers. Ranking system was already introduced back in the Summer of 2022 making some players play more toxic by stacking meta factions for easy wins due to how poorly designed the system is as no compensation for those who fought on the losing team to the end(not having the minus one penalty for losing is no good just making it a waste of time). February of 2023 is where the merge was announced and the start of relying more on FOMO events and it happens more often. The unfortunate shutdown of Heroes and Generals in May of 2023 would've been an opportunity for Enlisted to get more players like they should've released the game on Steam for free a long time ago and I have seen H&G youtuber TheLunaticLycan's video regarding the history of H&G updates where I could see some similar mistakes being done by Darkflow and Gaijin for Enlisted. The announcement of the merge made some campaigns and factions completely unplayable namely Berlin Soviets and even most of the time Tunisia Axis before the introduction of the Breda CR from an event alongside Italian paratroopers during the final days of the campaign. Then the merge happened that also introduced the War Thunder style BR system to the point that I called it War Thunderdization of Enlisted or War Thunder: Infantry Forces and it seems Gaijin and Darkflow are aware that a chunk of the playerbase who loved the campaign system will be angry considering the old system was one of the main selling points of the game so they went full on damage control right away back in December of 2023 with a long and grindy event involving Soviet paratroopers then the Ardennes maps and Operation Winter Fantasy event with one of the most egregious event designs ever during the Winter holidays of all places. The Steam release could be the last chance for the game to recover its number of players lost for the last 3 years but at this point, a huge stain of negative PR from veterans is already a thing and they decided to get greedy and tried to sell a free to play game on Steam for atleast $20 when it can be downloaded for free on their website. The game got released on Steam briefly and it got the negative reviews it deserved to the point that some non-Enlisted youtubers picked up the story making it look even worse outside the Enlisted community. Then there's the assault engineers event fiasco added fuel to the fire on Stalingrad full access owners with a broken promise on when to give the squads as compensation. If the game doesn't undo its mistakes and change for the better then it deserves to get burned to the ground and no AI drawn cat picture is going to save the face of the game as the trust and confidence is already destroyed.
Great Video as always! Definitely sad to see the statistics here on the player drop, but it is definitely believable and very apparent. I think they totally fumbled with the steam release and that is never going to be fixed. If they can seriously ramp up their marketing efforts and put the price back to 0 dollars, then maybe the game will have a chance to get people back! Love the game very much, always hoping for the best!
This video even shows why people are leaving. We keep saying the merger killed the game yet it goes over devs and vets heads. Between the grind, lack in the ability to pick maps or modes and many other issues this game is DOA
i have played the game since Enlisted since the early days and as it is atm i just dont enjoy the game as much as i did in the past, i love the game to death, but atm i just cant get myself to play it until its gets changes with economy and more stuff, i have two nations grindend out, SU and US, im fully out of motivation to grind Germany even thougth im halfway througth it, even Japan i havent even started at, thats why im taking atleast a year break or so until its starts to change, hopefully for the better, i belive in Enlisted, but yeah somthing needs to change
I personally enjoyed the campaigns. Moscow was my favorite map and I could play for hours grinding out my squads. It felt fun being able to roll up in a tank but not be incredibly overpowered and have to scurry off before attracting too much attention. Now practically everyone has a rocket launcher or you're being followed by planes. Even worse, having tanks that basically become pillboxes. I guess the flavor for me wore off when they removed the campaigns and added the stupid tech tree like warthunder. I didnt mind the orders either ( even though it was a bit annoying to have to wait to recruit soldiers) Wished this could go back :/ i don't keep up on enlisted news but i wished i wouldve played more
Maybe the popularity or player drops of late has more to do with expectations of players, with that they bring experience from other games. I'm new to this game but years back i've played battlefield alot, there are some overlaps and kinda like that. But must say that im more of a camping typ of player, I casually play few matches a day and tend to snipe or blow stuff to blow off steam haha so I think initially new players are not aware that this game of Enlisted which is more of a 'Objective grab' game instead of 'kill the opponent' kinda game and its weighted heavily on that so maybe players from other major games are not much into that dunno. The people from the community tend to shun my kind of players, I just don't like the assault kind of play but i do love the WWII look and feel.
Going to say the Chinese hackers have probably helped the situation deteriorate. If you payed attention to the leader board in the zombies event they were all Chinese and then they were not there anymore 😅
i was once playing that game but i also play war thunder which was impossible to play alongside each other (cuz of the events) the grind is stupidly hard and they are forcing the transactions way to much

I’m not sure if you played War thunder but gaijin constantly likes to hoe the players with premium shit especially for the prices but in comparison enlisted is 10 times easier to grind than War thunder
I still play but the lack of silver gained compared to the silver spent just equipping a squad properly really sucks. I can start with 100K silver, and by the time I’m done equipping a squad properly be down to less than 10K silver.
@@NapoleonTotal that’s about the only thing they don’t ask is to pay for. Guns, grenades, canteens, backpacks, binoculars, side arms, uniforms (for every theater), you even have to buy the guns you researched just to unlock the ability to purchase a new gun you completed research on.
This video is kind of stupid. 239,310 players is way more than you need to find and play a match. As well the game has bots which means even if there are zero online players you can still play a custom game like you can in the real Battlefield games or Red Orchestra 2, etc. The merge was desperately needed and I can't believe there are still people whining about it. Before the merge certain campaigns (like Moscow) were off limits because players had to concentrate on grinding for the best gear from Berlin, Normandy, the stuff disappearing from Stalingrad, the Italian stuff in Tunisia, etc. The merge created freedom to play what maps you want to play and opened up the whole game. Also you can find a game instantly, or max 30 seconds, where as before the merge you had to wait a full 2 minutes just to find a game. I can't imagine why anyone would want to put voice chat in a game. If you want to hear 13 year old's scream ebonic slang as loud as they can into their playstation microphone, go play COD. Hell Let Loose has voice chat and no bots and there are maybe 10,000 players a month, divided by 30 means under 350 players online in any given day. But you don't hear the HLL community complain about lack of players. 239,310 players spread over the 15 days of the event is almost 16,000 players every day, for just the event in Enlisted not even counting the main game.

There is a ghille type which is lock on premium squad but whatever, thats a premium squad. Not something i gotta buy every single character for. They still need to make money afterall. I personally think they need a graphical overhaul. I love this game but if I was a new player, why would I play a game that has gameplay ads that look worse that a solo UA-camr could make on his own. I mean call of duty black ops looks better and it’s decades old. They can nail it on the maps but everything seems rendered and has no depth to it. The animations on the soldiers are also trash since when I see them move, they look like robots. Their facial expressions look so soulless that if their bodies weren’t twitching I would think of them dead. When I see the soldier go into prone, I don’t want to see him lowered like he’s on a crane, I want to see him hit the pavement. When I walk through the snow of Moscow i don’t just want to see a trail that while nice, feels like I’m just a snake, I want my feet to kick up snow and dirt. You can add life by making the explosions have recoil on you and push you back or seeing an entire squad stumble right as a bomb landed left to them. A bayonet can go through the guy I just hit it with, pushing him back and fall off the tip of my gun when I pull it back instead of a png being dragged on my screen. When I order my soldiers to follow or hold a position, I want to see them have adrenaline in them, having random movements instead of some lawn sprinklers turning on hinges or have them have unique running animations based off the weight they are carrying. Since in some situations bots take some time to start firing, they can hold their guns in non-ready positions and take time to aim with a clear beginning and clear when they will fire or have their finger on the trigger. If you want to forward this to the devs somehow or make a video about it that may get their attention, you don’t need to credit me just use them since I just want this game to be better.

Kinda like the Merge Update but man. Atleast they just didn't remove the Campaign system. Picking a campaign u want to play is what i like. I enjoyed berlin ngl but Berlin can only be played at High Tier same with Normandy it sucks tbh. And i am an F2P so after the Merge update most equipment i got is purely on low tier except some equipments on Soviet and German as some of it were purchasable on Tier 4 or 3. And not only that the economy sucks. I like the Silver coins instead of Bronze and Sliver cards and because of that change i can buy more low tier weapons for variety and cannot buy on tier 2 or 3 without losing a lot of coins and need to grind for hours to bring that coins back. Since the rewards are so shit

Problem is that the game is a pay to win the moment someone buys paratroopers or an extra slot it's relatively unfair. It personally ruined the game for me as there forcing you to spend actual money to win.
Tried to complain to ganji about the "disarm reserves" option. Used it to get my large ammo packs back from unit but when i looked inside the weapons collection all my gold weapons were gone along with my bolt action rifle i just got from the event😢
Hey, I can confirm that this video is very untrue. Contrary to what this video says, the average player count has gone up year-on-year since last April 1st (last April Fool’s Event). I’m not entitled to reveal much more than that, unfortunately, but this is true. Equally, purely comparing the numbers of events does not make much sense. Some events you listed were based just from playing the base game (clicking “Start” as if loading into a normal game, and these were the ones with the largest numbers), and the ones with smaller numbers required players to play a different part of the game and click different buttons rather than a normal game, like the recent Motivateds event. A number of players didn’t want to play the event, so never bothered. There are other considerations too. That being said, the Steam release did go terribly and I wish, like everyone else, it was done differently. Some of your general concerns about the game are justified. But, we know the developers will learn from this, for the future.

I played enlisted in 2021 left and came back just before the merge but lost interest, However i came back after the merge and have now played for about a month and The only thing as a new player i dislike is the current BR Matchmaking system. Some argue that we don´t have enough players to make changes to the matchmaking as it would leave to long queue times. Some want to put BR 1 only against bots and have BR 2 and 3 while BR4 and 5 is in their own category to shorten queue time even more. We have people who wants BR 1-2 BR 3-4 and 5 only against 5. I would rather see BR 3 vs BR3 but that would queue times longer but more balanced. Another good option some players have said is that BR 1-2 fight and then it will be one up and one down example 2-3-4 and 3-4-5 meaning that there will be one up and one down in BR So that BR 3 would never face BR 5 but would only be able to fight BR 2 to 4 and not higher or lower than that. I am not your veteran Enlisted player I am a new player that is struggling and feels that the current BR system is killing the game and not the merge. I know many veterans are displeased about the merge. So all the more reason for a quality of life update for enlisted would be important and even encouraged too make both new and old players happy. adding features in the squad selection hangar, A Chat box where players could interact and squad up from the main hangar screen, when going into options above play button to add and remove certain maps or gamemodes. (Yes i do understand that would split the queue times up further but i absolutely despise Conquest mode running around 3 objectives for 10-15 mins. (Edit) Console players need a quality of life update as well I’ve meet a few console players on discord and they can’t use the chat features in game also they can’t even use their microphones so that they can communicate with other console players in matches. So yet again getting a quality of life update for enlisted being able to invite players on the home hanger screen while having access to a chat box or voice room. For us PC players we can use discord and the in game voice but for console players that feature doesn’t work or exist.
If they made the BR system group up 1-2, 2-4, and 4-5 (basically you can only match up +/-1 tier from the tier you're playing at) I think things would be better balanced without slowing down matchmaking times that much. It would also make tier 3 significantly more enjoyable. Also give us a checklist of which campaigns to match into. Then with the bug fixes, releasing it on steam without charging money, and dropping the squad prices a little bit, people would probably come back and play quite a bit.
Between the shitty merge, steam launch failure, lying about the free unlock paras they promised a year ago, And never actually fixing any of the legacy bugs, Darkflow has a lot of work to do if they want even half of the old players to come back. I love this game, Being a broke gamer from a developing country its a bit expensive and hectic buying games online, this is why cs 1.6 was so popular here back in the 2005 to 2016. Enlisted gave me an experience I couldnt afford. I played this game for about year and a half but since I got a job and am also a student I couldnt make time for the game. I tried checking the game about months ago and that new system was really confusing for me. Now I just watch youtubers make videos on Enlisted to see what's up and when should i jump back on the game.

There’s a lot that needs to be done. Just by what I have seen is: Silver gain is to low, br 3 is a nightmare, next to no maps and become repetitive, grey zone vehicles, weird br placement of equipment, HE on some vehicles are horrible, no Italian and British trees, and some factions having a objectively better equipment. Idk what would be good comparisons for the last other than vehicles, I’m not versed in small arms of ww2.

I was disappointed that i couldn't complete the tasks on the last day for the G98 wartime mod event. I only had 2 tasks left to complete.
I just realised something, I am 1,000 place and there are 200,000 players playing the event. Woah😮😮😮
I returned to Enlisted due to the Breaking Dead event. I actually enjoy the new research system after the merge, even though it's a big grind. The only thing I miss is the mode they had back in the day without bots, and only real players.
I am also sadened by this. The moment I saw the player count for the event, which, again, was a very good event... I don't know what can be done at this point. But I 100% agree with you, the main priority for the game should be to get more players. They need to do this to at least maintain the current numbers, which might actually go down naturally over time as people max out the grind, all in order to keep the game alive. The current state of the game itself is good, focus on players.
Looking at the charts, I remember some major updates on certain months like Fall of 2021 with the release of Tunisia then March-April of 2022 despite the Stalingrad campaign came out which I'm not surprised as they did some greedy experiment with the Stalingrad full access pack there and I was a fool for being one of the owners of the now defunct pack only to bite me in the ass with the merge and the way they tried to address owners.
September of 2022 with the release of Pacific where that was also the time where the STG and Tiger were introduced in Normandy and majority of players try Normandy Allies at first due to mainstream movies and docus about D-Day only to be the receiving end of the Tiger from the hill making the beach a shooting range for Tigers. Ranking system was already introduced back in the Summer of 2022 making some players play more toxic by stacking meta factions for easy wins due to how poorly designed the system is as no compensation for those who fought on the losing team to the end(not having the minus one penalty for losing is no good just making it a waste of time).
February of 2023 is where the merge was announced and the start of relying more on FOMO events and it happens more often. The unfortunate shutdown of Heroes and Generals in May of 2023 would've been an opportunity for Enlisted to get more players like they should've released the game on Steam for free a long time ago and I have seen H&G youtuber TheLunaticLycan's video regarding the history of H&G updates where I could see some similar mistakes being done by Darkflow and Gaijin for Enlisted. The announcement of the merge made some campaigns and factions completely unplayable namely Berlin Soviets and even most of the time Tunisia Axis before the introduction of the Breda CR from an event alongside Italian paratroopers during the final days of the campaign.
Then the merge happened that also introduced the War Thunder style BR system to the point that I called it War Thunderdization of Enlisted or War Thunder: Infantry Forces and it seems Gaijin and Darkflow are aware that a chunk of the playerbase who loved the campaign system will be angry considering the old system was one of the main selling points of the game so they went full on damage control right away back in December of 2023 with a long and grindy event involving Soviet paratroopers then the Ardennes maps and Operation Winter Fantasy event with one of the most egregious event designs ever during the Winter holidays of all places.
The Steam release could be the last chance for the game to recover its number of players lost for the last 3 years but at this point, a huge stain of negative PR from veterans is already a thing and they decided to get greedy and tried to sell a free to play game on Steam for atleast $20 when it can be downloaded for free on their website. The game got released on Steam briefly and it got the negative reviews it deserved to the point that some non-Enlisted youtubers picked up the story making it look even worse outside the Enlisted community. Then there's the assault engineers event fiasco added fuel to the fire on Stalingrad full access owners with a broken promise on when to give the squads as compensation.
If the game doesn't undo its mistakes and change for the better then it deserves to get burned to the ground and no AI drawn cat picture is going to save the face of the game as the trust and confidence is already destroyed.

Great Video as always! Definitely sad to see the statistics here on the player drop, but it is definitely believable and very apparent. I think they totally fumbled with the steam release and that is never going to be fixed.
If they can seriously ramp up their marketing efforts and put the price back to 0 dollars, then maybe the game will have a chance to get people back! Love the game very much, always hoping for the best!

This video even shows why people are leaving. We keep saying the merger killed the game yet it goes over devs and vets heads. Between the grind, lack in the ability to pick maps or modes and many other issues this game is DOA

i have played the game since Enlisted since the early days and as it is atm i just dont enjoy the game as much as i did in the past, i love the game to death, but atm i just cant get myself to play it until its gets changes with economy and more stuff, i have two nations grindend out, SU and US, im fully out of motivation to grind Germany even thougth im halfway througth it, even Japan i havent even started at, thats why im taking atleast a year break or so until its starts to change, hopefully for the better, i belive in Enlisted, but yeah somthing needs to change
I personally enjoyed the campaigns. Moscow was my favorite map and I could play for hours grinding out my squads. It felt fun being able to roll up in a tank but not be incredibly overpowered and have to scurry off before attracting too much attention.
Now practically everyone has a rocket launcher or you're being followed by planes. Even worse, having tanks that basically become pillboxes.
I guess the flavor for me wore off when they removed the campaigns and added the stupid tech tree like warthunder. I didnt mind the orders either ( even though it was a bit annoying to have to wait to recruit soldiers)

Maybe the popularity or player drops of late has more to do with expectations of players, with that they bring experience from other games. I'm new to this game but years back i've played battlefield alot, there are some overlaps and kinda like that. But must say that im more of a camping typ of player, I casually play few matches a day and tend to snipe or blow stuff to blow off steam haha so I think initially new players are not aware that this game of Enlisted which is more of a 'Objective grab' game instead of 'kill the opponent' kinda game and its weighted heavily on that so maybe players from other major games are not much into that dunno. The people from the community tend to shun my kind of players, I just don't like the assault kind of play but i do love the WWII look and feel.
Going to say the Chinese hackers have probably helped the situation deteriorate. If you payed attention to the leader board in the zombies event they were all Chinese and then they were not there anymore 😅

I still play but the lack of silver gained compared to the silver spent just equipping a squad properly really sucks. I can start with 100K silver, and by the time I’m done equipping a squad properly be down to less than 10K silver.

This video is kind of stupid. 239,310 players is way more than you need to find and play a match. As well the game has bots which means even if there are zero online players you can still play a custom game like you can in the real Battlefield games or Red Orchestra 2, etc. The merge was desperately needed and I can't believe there are still people whining about it. Before the merge certain campaigns (like Moscow) were off limits because players had to concentrate on grinding for the best gear from Berlin, Normandy, the stuff disappearing from Stalingrad, the Italian stuff in Tunisia, etc. The merge created freedom to play what maps you want to play and opened up the whole game. Also you can find a game instantly, or max 30 seconds, where as before the merge you had to wait a full 2 minutes just to find a game. I can't imagine why anyone would want to put voice chat in a game. If you want to hear 13 year old's scream ebonic slang as loud as they can into their playstation microphone, go play COD. Hell Let Loose has voice chat and no bots and there are maybe 10,000 players a month, divided by 30 means under 350 players online in any given day. But you don't hear the HLL community complain about lack of players. 239,310 players spread over the 15 days of the event is almost 16,000 players every day, for just the event in Enlisted not even counting the main game.
Rejoice neebs and complainters. They have finally reduce the silver and exp needed to unlock and buy ny 30-60% with premium account now you can reasonably grind it and buy stuff.
For those comments about character monetization i couldnt give a shit. Its not 3rd person shooter, unless there is no camo i cant give a shit. There is a ghille type which is lock on premium squad but whatever, thats a premium squad. Not something i gotta buy every single character for. They still need to make money afterall.

I personally think they need a graphical overhaul. I love this game but if I was a new player, why would I play a game that has gameplay ads that look worse that a solo UA-camr could make on his own. I mean call of duty black ops looks better and it’s decades old.
They can nail it on the maps but everything seems rendered and has no depth to it. The animations on the soldiers are also trash since when I see them move, they look like robots. Their facial expressions look so soulless that if their bodies weren’t twitching I would think of them dead. When I see the soldier go into prone, I don’t want to see him lowered like he’s on a crane, I want to see him hit the pavement. When I walk through the snow of Moscow i don’t just want to see a trail that while nice, feels like I’m just a snake, I want my feet to kick up snow and dirt.
You can add life by making the explosions have recoil on you and push you back or seeing an entire squad stumble right as a bomb landed left to them. A bayonet can go through the guy I just hit it with, pushing him back and fall off the tip of my gun when I pull it back instead of a png being dragged on my screen. When I order my soldiers to follow or hold a position, I want to see them have adrenaline in them, having random movements instead of some lawn sprinklers turning on hinges or have them have unique running animations based off the weight they are carrying. Since in some situations bots take some time to start firing, they can hold their guns in non-ready positions and take time to aim with a clear beginning and clear when they will fire or have their finger on the trigger.
If you want to forward this to the devs somehow or make a video about it that may get their attention, you don’t need to credit me just use them since I just want this game to be better.
Also you can use the people who animated the characters from battlefield V and hell let loose. They know what human movement looks like.

I enjoyed berlin ngl but Berlin can only be played at High Tier same with Normandy it sucks tbh. And i am an F2P so after the Merge update most equipment i got is purely on low tier except some equipments on Soviet and German as some of it were purchasable on Tier 4 or 3. And not only that the economy sucks. I like the Silver coins instead of Bronze and Sliver cards and because of that change i can buy more low tier weapons for variety and cannot buy on tier 2 or 3 without losing a lot of coins and need to grind for hours to bring that coins back. Since the rewards are so shit

Problem is that the game is a pay to win the moment someone buys paratroopers or an extra slot it's relatively unfair. It personally ruined the game for me as there forcing you to spend actual money to win.
I don’t think the extra slot makes it unfair necessarily, but I can agree paratroopers especially BR 5 are pretty overpowered.
Tried to complain to ganji about the "disarm reserves" option. Used it to get my large ammo packs back from unit but when i looked inside the weapons collection all my gold weapons were gone along with my bolt action rifle i just got from the event😢

Hey, I can confirm that this video is very untrue. Contrary to what this video says, the average player count has gone up year-on-year since last April 1st (last April Fool’s Event). I’m not entitled to reveal much more than that, unfortunately, but this is true.
Equally, purely comparing the numbers of events does not make much sense. Some events you listed were based just from playing the base game (clicking “Start” as if loading into a normal game, and these were the ones with the largest numbers), and the ones with smaller numbers required players to play a different part of the game and click different buttons rather than a normal game, like the recent Motivateds event. A number of players didn’t want to play the event, so never bothered. There are other considerations too.
That being said, the Steam release did go terribly and I wish, like everyone else, it was done differently. Some of your general concerns about the game are justified. But, we know the developers will learn from this, for the future.

I have actually be waiting for the merge for a year now and have recently gone back to Enlisted. Pretty fun playing in BR II.
I played enlisted in 2021 left and came back just before the merge but lost interest, However i came back after the merge and have now played for about a month and The only thing as a new player i dislike is the current BR Matchmaking system.
Some argue that we don´t have enough players to make changes to the matchmaking as it would leave to long queue times. Some want to put BR 1 only against bots and have BR 2 and 3 while BR4 and 5 is in their own category to shorten queue time even more. We have people who wants BR 1-2 BR 3-4 and 5 only against 5.
I would rather see BR 3 vs BR3 but that would queue times longer but more balanced.
Another good option some players have said is that BR 1-2 fight and then it will be one up and one down example 2-3-4 and 3-4-5 meaning that there will be one up and one down in BR So that BR 3 would never face BR 5 but would only be able to fight BR 2 to 4 and not higher or lower than that.
I am not your veteran Enlisted player I am a new player that is struggling and feels that the current BR system is killing the game and not the merge.
I know many veterans are displeased about the merge.
So all the more reason for a quality of life update for enlisted would be important and even encouraged too make both new and old players happy. adding features in the squad selection hangar, A Chat box where players could interact and squad up from the main hangar screen, when going into options above play button to add and remove certain maps or gamemodes. (Yes i do understand that would split the queue times up further but i absolutely despise Conquest mode running around 3 objectives for 10-15 mins.
(Edit) Console players need a quality of life update as well I’ve meet a few console players on discord and they can’t use the chat features in game also they can’t even use their microphones so that they can communicate with other console players in matches. So yet again getting a quality of life update for enlisted being able to invite players on the home hanger screen while having access to a chat box or voice room. For us PC players we can use discord and the in game voice but for console players that feature doesn’t work or exist.

If they made the BR system group up 1-2, 2-4, and 4-5 (basically you can only match up +/-1 tier from the tier you're playing at) I think things would be better balanced without slowing down matchmaking times that much. It would also make tier 3 significantly more enjoyable. Also give us a checklist of which campaigns to match into. Then with the bug fixes, releasing it on steam without charging money, and dropping the squad prices a little bit, people would probably come back and play quite a bit.

I love this game, Being a broke gamer from a developing country its a bit expensive and hectic buying games online, this is why cs 1.6 was so popular here back in the 2005 to 2016.
Enlisted gave me an experience I couldnt afford. I played this game for about year and a half but since I got a job and am also a student I couldnt make time for the game. I tried checking the game about months ago and that new system was really confusing for me. Now I just watch youtubers make videos on Enlisted to see what's up and when should i jump back on the game.

There’s a lot that needs to be done. Just by what I have seen is: Silver gain is to low, br 3 is a nightmare, next to no maps and become repetitive, grey zone vehicles, weird br placement of equipment, HE on some vehicles are horrible, no Italian and British trees, and some factions having a objectively better equipment. Idk what would be good comparisons for the last other than vehicles, I’m not versed in small arms of ww2.
