    This is perfect for a finisher or if u can't do ur regular work out of ur spinal stimulator battery is hurting ur right hip and u don't want to injured more before you get removed iam waiting for surgery and my pain is getting pretty bad 😞 but thank you for this I gonna do this if I can't workout Weds 😊❤

    Would this work well with resistance bands, or even better, machines?

      After a certain point, when you're able to comfortably reach to 30+ reps in each position and not even feel the burn, adding resistance is the ONLY way this would work :)

      Fairly low impact even for beginners, so you could start with the classic, 2-3 sets, 3-5 times/week (maybe rest 2 days in a row as a beginner, if you're sore)

    Even a light resistance band could help you don't have to go Too crazy with adding heavy ankle weighs unless they're like 2 pounds or a light resistance band this is assuming that you're a beginner.

    I did this at the end of leg/glute day but did 3 sets of 20. I was having a hard time figuring out if I was doing the 45° move properly 🫤
