If I don’t feel the burn in the muscle that I’m targeting, then I know I’m possibly not executing the proper form. That burn is so satisfying and rewarding 😂

Many people who are not used to doing physical activities can be amazingly unaware of their bodies. They just do not understand where it should be felt, how the changes in the form make difference, it is like their brains and muscles are completely different units and anything you say "to their brains" doesn't translate to their physical actions.
And some don’t evolve in this awareness eventhough they seemingly practice for long time. Somehow they just superficially go through motions without thinking about it. And propably complain how they don't see any results eventhough they train so "hard".
I have had bizarre moments like someone training pull ups thinking they're working their triceps or me asking what do they do for rear delts and they have no idea which exercises on their program is targeted for them, or they are doing pull downs and asking "what muscle should it work, abs?" etc. This is talking about people who say they've been going to gym for long/some time.
