Ever since Chef Pasquale graced us with his delicious chicken and penne alla vodka, it has been one of my all-time favorite go-to meals. It is quick and easy, and it is luxuriously delicious. A definite crowd pleaser. Chef Pasquale, I'm enjoying this dish yet again right this very moment, and I raise my glass of Pinot Grigio (in the direction of New Jersey) and say "Cin-Cin Ah-Salute"
I never met either of my grandfathers....I have adopted you as my grandpa. You are the best!
