    Fab tips, really glad I found your videos! I can feel it stretching my neck muscles too! Any tips for glute strengthening in yoga?

    Was your shoulder injury due to suboptimal form in chaturanga?

      there was probably more than one contributor but I think the main one was that I was always trying to comply with the cue "Shoulders Back and Down" when arms were overhead in Down Dog. Now I know better.
