    Thank you! I have listened to uncountable meditations and hypnosis tracks, and this one really works wonders for me. There's something so calming about your voice, your words, your tone, and particularly the slow pacing of your words, which I find incredibly hypnotic and soothing 💖🙏

    Linda, I'm a month in on being a new (foster) mom and I feel all over the place and desperately need to be grounded as my emotions are all over the place. I kind of feel like I'm out of control from my mindfulness area in my life. Are there any guided meditations that you do that can help or maybe even that Will help with a new mom of a nine month old?
