Not even close. Still better than MW3 unfortunately, although that is slightly better.

Damn, is very limited.
I remember playing CoD Ghost some time with only bots in my old PS3 from 2013, you have customization in the Outfit, weapons... you can even play like Zombie mode with bots (If you know how change the rules option), truly the best fun I ever have in one CoD Game.
So, I want to Upgrade my Graphic card and buy another HDD and buy this game, but after watching this... is awful how the Devs disrespect the offline community, maybe some modder can fix that? Is crazy, now days the Devs have 100% interest in Online mode, maybe the campaign tho because is the continuation of MW 2019, but after that... is nothing more, another CoD with only online community.
What is happening with the new games? You need pay for this "option", need to buy DLC... full of trash things.
The fact that there’s no create-a-class makes me sick to my stomach.

I had to get a refund because of how they neutered offline mode. It's too bad because I loved the little I got to experience. I sent an email to Activision (4 days ago, no reply) asking why they'd do this, if they would get it fixed and that if they brought back proper offline multiplayer I would buy it again instantly. And it costs over $100 Cdn for me.
This is why i buy on steam and nowhere else.

Sucks to suck when you can no longer and play whatever game you want, whenever you want. So you're just out here looking foolish.

Why no one focus on offline multiplayer nowadays most of the people haven't got ps plus to play online Activision and Treyarch only focus on online to make it better the bots are soo easy aswell i play cod cold war with bots offline coz i don't have mw2 and ps to play online and i get 80+ kill in every match on Veteran difficulty at the old times like cod bo1/2 and cod ghosts the bots were soo smart and hard to play against and once i played cod bo2 domination on hijacked with my big brother and my age was 10 my brother threw the dualshock 3 on the wall by playing with bots that's the strength of the old call of duty bots but now it is not the same as before that's disappointing.

Hello everyone just fyi when I go to play offline (no xbox live) when I click local multiplayer to play offline with bots it gives me a error message your data is corrupt or save device isnt inserted correctly, you must reset your rank and progress error code sheppard-finthem......once in there's only 3 maps, no operators menu uptop, nor weapon customization menu, it only has Play uptop and forces me to just click that with team deathmatch, once in a map it only has a few pre selected loadouts, can't customize or anything 😭 this is bs it seems intentional that if you play offline 99.9 percent of multiplayer features are denied. In mw 2019 we had all maps, could pick multiple operators, all weapons unlocked and customize
I don't think its intentional since it always shows a pop up error and private match and local and are suppose to be the same but private match has all the maps and guns

After playing this myself it appears you have basically the entire 6v6 multiplayer suite excluding camos to play offline which I'm enjoying a hell of a lot more than pub play. I saw some of your cold war offline bot vids, is it basically the same thing there? Can play all maps, have all weaps and attachment unlocked and fill lobby with full bots in CW?
In Cold War Offline mode, u can choose any map and any mode including all weapons with attachements and camos. But MW2 its very limited, only 3 maps, 1 mode (team deathmatch) without loadout , however u can choose only the default loadouts..
Cold War has no dlc weapons

@@flames1357 go to the game icon in the ps menu, press option, then "Manage Game Content" and make sure the pack is installed. Another thing, if its a Digital Version, try Restore Licences in the ps settings - btw there's a new update 1.08 , maybe it will fix the issue

For solve the offline multiplayer still show installing,
You have to use the first PSN for download the multiplayer path. After than you can join in the offline mode.
I hope they fix it

Right now you need plus to play the true mode, they call it "Private Match" I've been on them all to paste this to local, just like every other cod, even their last cash cow 2019.
I don't know why but I can't even access offline multiplayer, it says it's installing for some reason but it won't finish. Is there any way to fix?

yea it happened to me before - i deleted the game and re download it again with the latest update 1.04. (and make sure the multiplayer pack is installed)
I disk version is doing the same thing. Any fix?

Mw 19 offline play was insanely better than one wtf happened here? I mean sh*t i thought cold war was horrible but this is just so much worst
