    The Mindful Movement Teacher Training is designed for meditation teachers, yoga and movement teachers, therapists, coaches, educators, and others who wish to incorporate simple movement-based mindfulness practices in their work. This training was created by Addie deHilster, who is both a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and experienced teacher of Yoga, Qigong, and Somatic movement. The program is online and runs from October - March each year.
