I honestly wanna cry with how well this helped, it’s currently 3 am and I was randomly having a sudden burst of anxiety and having an attack. Some push-ups did help a bit but this helped way more
Same here 3am crew 🤦♂️
Look around and identify 3 different colors, then ID 3 different objects...also, count backwards or count each exhale up to 10 and keep doing all these 7:43
This was very pleasing. I'm having trouble with anxiety. As I listened and breathed, I became very relaxed, then a thought emerged in my mind..."If they put a jump scare in the middle of this meditation video I'm going to have a heart attack!"
This was hallarious
I agree ☝️ 😊
What’s hallarious dude
Sadly 😂
@@_Strawberry_Lemonade_SLwhat’s hilarious?!
I can't tell you how much this video helps me.
After a lot of overthinking my brain finally feeling light and free that was so refreshing... i love the person who made this video thanks a lot ❤
I was stressed, I could feel muscles in my face twitching.
This slow paced video made me want to do something else but I persevered because that was exactly what I needed, I had to slow down, be quiet for 10 minutes and just breathe. It's so simple, yet during the day I didn't realize I was just losing it.
I'm still not 100% but I'm for sure better than I was before the video, thank you for this!
This video has helped me
In so many ways as someone dealing with psychosis right now and alot of different
Med Changes and have been depressed sleeping all day. Anxiety makes u feel like chest pain and i love this one because its so easy and simple and when u say belly and then say breath it helps so much and the first time ive done this video ive always came back to it so it must help me and my thought process more than i realize.
It will pass. Just breathe 🧘

It doesn't feel like it is going to pass, it feels like im ignoring it, I have pain everywhere, I'm shakey, sweaty, feel really sick, I don't recognise things and people, I feel like I am in a dream and really really dizzy, I feel like im dying. I've made myself really sick :(
This is very helpful. Thank you for the moderately sllow pace, it was perfect. I have issues with not breathing properly due to chronic stress and GAD, so this will be a great practice.

Very nice. The voice is soothing and the cues are paced appropriately for a shift to the PNS to occur. I am sharing this with friends and family. Thank you! ❤

Thank u for taking the time out to wanting to help others feel better about themselves just a little bit doesnt have to be all the way there but it has helped 50/50
Amazing!! This helped me so much and I will be continuing to use in my healing journey.
Unbelievable
And yet it’s a simple intentional correct way of breathing to put us in the present moment where we don’t have the sadness from the past nor anxiety from the future
It’s absolutely excellent
♥️🙏♥️🙏♥️🙏😮💨
Actually your tip to say 'belly' really helped!
How do you say 'belly' while breathing in through your nose? I couldn't! Lol, anyone else?
@@user-me6rf6lu8mi think she meant like think in your head when breathing in

Ah, so! This is ZEN Meditation!! As an Internist who has practiced Zen and Yoga, I must say: both the breathing in and out MUST be through the nose. It is natural and relaxing. Also, the warm moist air from the lungs is valuable to the sinuses, why waste it?!
what about when your nose is clogged
How ableist of you. MUSTs discriminate.
^nose breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and repair). Mouth breathing activates the autonomic nervous system (fight/flight).
It's just our basic biology 🤷♀️

BREATHE 🧘♂️ EVERYONE BREATHE 🧘♂️ 😊
This is valuable information. I read a book on a similar subject that had a lasting effect. "A Life Unplugged: Reclaiming Reality in a Digital Age" by Theodore Blaze
I did this in my school and I had a heart attack and it made my heart attack go away I like this
I believe you mean panic attack. (Just don't want anyone reading this and thinking they don't have go to the hospital for a heart attack.)
I BREATHE IN AND OUT USING MY LUNGS - MY BELLY STAYS STILL OR VERY LITTLE MOVEMENT AND I FIND TRYING TO FORCE IT ONLY LEADS TO MORE STRESS
IKRR
Is there a difference breathing only through the nose and not exhaling with the mouth?
Pls read my comment to this video which I wrote today, addresses exactly what you asked!
The important bit as I understand it is to breath in through the nose, you can either breath out through the nose or through the mouth, it doesn't make that much difference.
@@miaforbespirie1 it's a free world, do as you please! But try BOTH ways, and you'll find that it is far more relaxing and effortless to breathe in AND out through the nose...
@@miaforbespirie1 AT LAST!!!! SOME SENSCE - THANK YOU
More co² is released from the body when exhaling through the mouth with a sigh.
I have all those emotions
