I posted a comment on here a few months ago, but then I wussed out and deleted it, so I'll say it again. As an alcoholic, this video is incredible for reducing the anxiety that I feel. I just finished rehab (not cured, but doing better), and I showed this to my roommate during those first, terrifying, agonizing 48 hours. It calmed them down until they could have more medicine. I love how there is no annoying, overly-sweet voice in this video. Just a calm, normal-sounding voice.
I honestly wanna cry with how well this helped, it’s currently 3 am and I was randomly having a sudden burst of anxiety and having an attack. Some push-ups did help a bit but this helped way more

I’ve had pretty bad anxiety these past few days and I’ve been feeling very nauseous to the point where I could barely eat. This video helped ease my nausea and anxiety and I’m currently eating without gagging finally :)
I have a very irrational fear of vomit and every time this anxiety gets triggered, I always find myself back at the video. Thank you so much for posting this video this is the only one that’s helped😭👍
i'm with the both of you, the worst thing is that after it happens like once i'm fine but it's that initial feeling that i might get sick that i just lose my mind
I was stressed, I could feel muscles in my face twitching. This slow paced video made me want to do something else but I persevered because that was exactly what I needed, I had to slow down, be quiet for 10 minutes and just breathe. It's so simple, yet during the day I didn't realize I was just losing it. I'm still not 100% but I'm for sure better than I was before the video, thank you for this!
This was very pleasing. I'm having trouble with anxiety. As I listened and breathed, I became very relaxed, then a thought emerged in my mind..."If they put a jump scare in the middle of this meditation video I'm going to have a heart attack!"
This video has helped me In so many ways as someone dealing with psychosis right now and alot of different Med Changes and have been depressed sleeping all day. Anxiety makes u feel like chest pain and i love this one because its so easy and simple and when u say belly and then say breath it helps so much and the first time ive done this video ive always came back to it so it must help me and my thought process more than i realize.
Wow, this belly breathing exercise is truly amazing! As someone who has experienced chronic disease, I know how overwhelming stress and anxiety can be. This simple technique has been a game-changer for me in calming my body and mind. Thank you so much for sharing this helpful video, it's incredibly informative and I can't wait to try it out myself!

Just don't forget to think positively and keep it mind that you're blessed and you're not alone. Don't forget that, sisters and brothers.
This is very helpful. Thank you for the moderately slow pace, it was perfect. I have issues with not breathing properly due to chronic stress and GAD, so this will be a great practice.

Why do I have to have the anger of my father? I am so behind due to how my parents raised me. I have to learn how to be an adult at 24. Narcissistic tendencies aren’t something I want to discover in myself. It’s always hurting my marriage and degrading my mind. I cannot turn out like my parents. Please comment if you have a similar situation. I need encouragement.
Sending encouragement, it will get better. The fact that you're looking at breathing exercises, helping yourself, that's so good. Take care of yourself, try to be strong, never take your health for granted. You don't have to turn into your parents, don't worry! There are always ups and downs, just keep moving forward. I'm two times as old as you, and here to say it CAN get better😊
