How To Use Split Screen Mode On Samsung Smart TV
1: Firstly, press the Home button on your remote to bring you to the home screen. From here, navigate to the left-hand side to reveal the menu. Following this, scroll down and select "Settings."
2: Within the settings menu, scroll through and select "Multi View." At this point, choose the preferred setting from the templates available. Alternatively, you can choose to create your own multi-view.
3: Following this, choose the primary content source you want to watch. This could be a live TV channel, streaming service, or any other connected device.
Then, select the secondary content source. This could be another live TV channel, streaming service, HDMI input, or any other connected device.
4: Depending on your preferences, you can adjust the size of each content window. This allows you to prioritize one stream over the other or maintain an equal split.

does this work with two HDMI inputs... for example, left split screen would be an XBOX one and the right screen would be PC or PS5 ?

You can't. It's actually garbage because it's so limited in uses.

Yes, it is possible to have Netflix and UA-cam in multiview on your Samsung TV. According to the Samsung documentation, you can use the Multi View feature to enjoy multiple content at once on your TV.
To set up Multi View on your Samsung Smart TV, follow these steps:
Navigate to and open Settings, and then select Multi View.
Choose how you would like to start Multi View:
Recent: Return to your most recent Multi View screen.
Saved: Return to your saved Multi View screen.
Add View: Add an app or source for Multi View.
Make My Own: Select a layout template, and app or source, and then compose a Multi View screen that can be saved.
Select the Add View icon to add another window to your screen.
Choose the app or source you want to add, such as Netflix or UA-cam.
Repeat steps 3-4 to add more windows to your screen.
You can add up to 5 windows on your TV screen, including 4 videos and 1 ambient content. You can also adjust the size of the windows, choose which screen to get the audio from, and use Picture-in-Picture to layer the screen right over a TV show.
Note that the Multi View feature is supported on Samsung Smart TV Q6*B and later, LS01B, LS03B (excluding 32-inch models), and LS05B models. Two or more views are supported by the 2022 QN900B and QN800B models.
