- Samsung have included some brilliant features in this years line up of 2021 TV's. We tried the intriguing MultiView feature on the Samsung QN95A, testing it's gaming and regular TV viewing capabilities to truly see what we can get from this feature. I works great with the Xbox Series X for simultaneous gameplay and watching walkthroughs on UA-cam.

What can I do to add sources to my multi view options list? All I have right now are the presets and a mobile option.

I wonder why my 2020 Samsung 8K TV has multi view, but there is no Multi View button on the remote or on the home screen. When I mirror my iPhone to my Sansung TV, multi view pops up and then I can change most of the settings shown in this video. Maybe there is some kind of Multi View 2.0 on 2021 and newer models? I've searched around for answers but all results show 2021 multi view behavior

Why the don't let you select PC and a console as the two screens you want to multiview I have no idea. And don't even get me started about no INPUT button on the Samsung remote.
I would like to use multi view with my PS5 and cable box. For some reason I can’t get the option to do so on my Samsung frame. Only SamsungTV, mobile, and UA-cam come up as options. I even set my ps5 to 1080p.
I've noticed from the various Samsung models this year that the multiview feature isn't consistent across all of them. The lower end models seem to have little compatibility compared to the higher end models that even support 4K @ 120Hz gameplay in Multiview. It's quite frustrating, I've only learnt this from trial and error unfortunately.
I saw another video of trying to use 2 HDMI sources there's another menu u have to click to enable it

I have Q70T and multi view is not popping up anywhere.
I can’t find it either if u sure your phone screen it use to pop it up but I don’t think it does anymore
I have a question. When I use this multi view for UA-cam and Xbox/PS5… still 4K and 120hz while multi view?
I bought the mackdaddy 2021 - 85 inch tv and multi view is very misleading. UA-cam and UA-cam tv are fixed options and Netflix will not work if you try mirroring it from your phone bc the tv will not allow you to use outside the tv Netflix for mirroring. So Xbox plus watching your show is a no go. It only supports 1 hdmi device at a time in multiview
Yes, Netflix will not work. It would have been good to connect two HDMI devices at once but sadly it doesn't support it. But it's great for UA-cam and playing Xbox at the same time 👍 It also works with Airplay and Samsung Tap for phone mirroring. Only thing is, it only supports Xbox game play at 1080p on certain Samsung models which is frustrating. Thanks for your insight, I love hearing other users experiences with this mode.
Can I use a console and PC (two hdmi inputs) inputs on the same time?
I feel like you could. I've not attempted it myself, it should have been something I tried at the time but it doesn't seem to let you choose which input you want access to. Let me know if you find out 👍

How do you set both at full screen at the same time?
Will this feature work with iPhones or is it Samsung phones exclusively?
It should work with Airplay if you connect your phone first and then open Multiview 👍 I got this feature to work with my iPhone on the QN94A

You might be able to but as the signal is coming from the same input I'm not sure you could play different content from the same input
I have a Q90B Samsung and I’m trying to to do multi view using two apps like Netflix and Disney. Can i do that? If so how? I didn’t see these options and only see UA-cam and internet.
Unfortunately no, you can't choose different inputs for the two windows other than the options it offers you like UA-cam, Samsung TV Plus, phone mirroring or a games console.
@@BoxCoUk How stupid is this, you can play xbox and watch youtube but not play xbox and watch HBO or Netflix.
It seems to me that a software update would fix this.

Hi, on Samsung's website it does state "Most 2020 and 2021 Samsung TVs are compatible with Multi view. However, depending on the model you have, the multi view version and the screen combinations available will vary". @@AX-fx7ng Hi, thanks for your comment! I haven't had a chance to try every combination, but I'm sure on a few. I mainly combined variations of HDMI input, Airplay, Phone/Screen Mirroring and Samsung TV. I know you can use Airplay and any other input (HDMI, UA-cam etc.) HDMI input worked for my console but I've not tried it with anything else yet. It's hard to tell whether two HDMI inputs work as I've not had two connected at the same time yet. I'll have to get back to you on that one! But thanks for this, it is something good to know!
@@BoxCoUk I'd love to hear back. As I am considering this for WFH as long as I can pull 2 HDMI / Wired connections side by side - The random Airplay/ Miracast is a nice to have for some times, but would be great to have 2 WIRED HDMIs PBP. You can play 2 inputs at once my ass, I can't even play with 2 xboxs on my TV wtf
Was having issue game mode side kept saying unavailable..I unplugged hdmi froim from Xbox then put back and it popped up...
Have you tried checking if your TV model supports 4K in multiview? I've found some of them only support 1080p gameplay at 60Hz in Multiview resulting in the input not coming through on screen.

You could potentially get around it if you connect two HDMI inputs. I've not tried this yet but it might work with PC and PS4 but though it's not the most ideal situation, you can also cast your phone to it and watch your phone screen beside the PS4 if you have good data 👍
urm, this video doesnt explain how to use the feature, how to add screens or what to do when it's not working
It should just load the two screens as soon as you launch multi view and then you can choose the inputs it offers by highlighting the windows and selecting the content. The feature is also different depending on which model you have as you can't play 4K Xbox games through it unless you have the higher end Samsung TV models for example.

I got it to work with Airplay but not on this model strangely. I think MultiView is a bit hit and miss with some of the 2021 Samsung models.
It won’t let me multi view with my Xbox for some reason. But other content works
Have you tried setting your Xbox to 1080p? It won’t work at any other resolution
