Thank you for your feedback 💟💆♀ So pleased to hear this video was perfect for your quick morning workout 🌷 definitely a scope to do more quick routines 😀
I loved this video. I do lots of your different ones, but this is super for when time is imited but you don't want to skip. I love how your always so gentle and inspiring to listen to❤
PS I also recently added two of your exercise videos to my life and I thoroughly enjoy doing them. Specifically, I do Pilates Morning Stretch and Better Sleep and Digestion Beginner Yoga. I really appreciate that you designed these so that women with osteoporosis can safely do them.
Fantastic Michelle, sounds like you're making real progress with your health and taking steps in the right direction to look and feel great. I'm happy to be of help in this journey and glad the videos resonated with you :) Osteoporosis is such a big issue amongst women and resources of safe movement can be limited... I'll hopefully be adding more movement videos on this subject to my channel very soon! Polina
Thanks Elizabeth 🌸 I have quite a few in my Neck section, do feel free to browse and choose the one that resonates with you 💆♀ I will be definitely posting more videos on these areas, as I love neck and jaw workouts too 😀
Brilliant Magda, thank you for your feedback 🌸 and adding another segment such as jaw line is exactly what's required when addressing different facial concerns :)
Hi Polina. I'm a new subscriber and new to face yoga. I came to your channel only looking for a gua sha routine and now I'm seeing so much more. I'm having difficulty finding the muscles in my face as you describe - twitching my cheekbones and lifting my lower eyelids is not anything I've ever tried before and my brain is saying - "what? where?" as I attempt to follow along. 🤣 I'm guessing the skill comes with practice. I'm wondering if practicing some of the facial movements during the day individually is beneficial or if they're effective only as part of an entire workout? I find myself sometimes trying to do your puffer fish moves or these eyelid squints as I think about them during the day and am alone. I'm so happy to be learning something new and have enjoyed the feeling of my face feeling alive. Thank you for being here. xo karen
Hi Karen, that's so wonderful to hear that you're learning the new ways of feeling and using your face muscles. And that you're so enthusiastic and enjoying it!🌷It can be difficult at the beginning to engage the muscles since they would have never been exercised consciously before, so do stick with it with good form and you'll get more control. I'll be posting a video soon on beginner face yoga exercises which is precisely for this purpose - to help those who are just discovering face yoga, gain control of their face muscles. Doing some exercises separately is good, do practice any moves that you remember and then also try do a balanced practice as often as you can, it's all good and has a cumulative effect! 🌸💆♀
Good morning Polina, do you have some exercises and massages for the nose? With the age my nose is now longer and the tip larger. Thank you for your answer 😍
Polina this is brilliant and really helps. Question - now our faces are looking fresher is there such a thing as hand yoga to plumpen our hands? Thank you.
🥰Polina, do you have any kind of massage or tips to the hands? To help them to look younger? Thank you a lot! I love your channel and all the content. Namastê!
Hi Renata, thanks for the question and it's a good one! ⭐The hands are tricky because they are exposed to so much but get less attention (compared to our face) in terms of skin care, lotions and potions, yet they give away our age much more quickly! For hands I recommend, daily spf and sun protection, a good hand cream and gloves for all housework ✨ Hope this helps🌸 Polina
This felt like a great face workout, Polina. I have been doing your Gua Sha routine each morning. If I add this routine to my mornings which would you suggest I do first? I love your channel! Is there anything you could suggest to help me minimize the fine lines around my mouth? (I'm 66.) I have found that since depuffing my face with yoga and gua sha and losing about 6 pounds, the lines are even more noticeable! Thank you.😍😘
That's great to hear Michelle, so glad you enjoyed this workout and I appreciate your feedback :) Gua sha video will be perfect to do after this workout, you would normally do a strengthening work (which doesn't require oil on the skin) first followed by the massage (which will need some oil for slip and glide). Mouth lines called smokers lines (even if you don't smoke!) can be targeted well with massage and exercise and I'll be happy to record the video on this subject so stay tuned ! Polina
Great question, thank you for asking. Marionette lines can be lessened with muscle strengthening exercises that target the low, mid and upper cheeks. Do have a look in the Face Yoga playlist for the video about Cheek Strength to get some ideas :) Polina
Love this quick all over facia yoga before work! I’d love more 5 min morning face massage/yoga vids ❤

Polina this is brilliant and really helps. Question - now our faces are looking fresher is there such a thing as hand yoga to plumpen our hands? Thank you.
So glad the face is looking fresher! 🌸💆♀the thing with hands I believe it's all about hand creams for the skin to look smoother and hands less aged!

Thank you Polina. Would the cheek filler exercise be appropriate? Thanks
