Thanks for your feedback and glad you’re enjoying the channel content!🌸 Yes there are quite a lot of videos on here😅 I recommend doing a little workout 5-6 times a week, so if your face is in reasonably good shape, you can choose a daily practice and perhaps mix it with an eye workout, cheeks, neck and collagen boost practices. You’re aiming to build a little routine but also add variety to the workouts and over time, you’ll remember the exercises and will be able to create your own toolbox of techniques that you like and can use 💆♀
Thank you ❤, that feels wonderful. I had already in other videos of you noticed how beautiful your neck looks and therefore I went looking for a video of you on this area. Now what you don't have but I do, is that the veins along the centre of my neck are all the time more visible and seem to hang loose in the skin. Something I see in so many older people. With me it only started recently, I'm now 63. My question is, can anything be done to improve this?

Hi Nina, you can mix and match the routines depending on what you need to work on 🌸if neck is your problem, then do the neck one 4-5 times a week and add an overall face lift and massage routines couple of times to complete the weekly schedule💆♀

Hi thanks so much are these excercises to be done everyday, coz am already doing your face exercises,so this will take up a lot of time everyday.
