My husband lived in Bellingham for 2 years (1988-90) we met in 94 and he's been touting it ever since. I was always kind of, meh, I'm an east coast yankee girl. But for some reason I've been looking at a variety of videos and travel guides. I'm really thinking, as we are now in our 50s lol, perhaps warmer winters and cooler summers would be a better idea! This video was lovely, thank you for the time you put in to it.

I live in Bellingham from ‘70-‘73, the most peaceful time of my life. Even worked at Uniflite and sometimes longshored at Georgia Pacific, unfortunately both gone now.

Depends on your line of work but if you find a job here you love, the area and community is wonderful for raising a family here
