Hi Beth. Speaking from experience, I have very long hair but listening to you, I am wondering if you maybe are over processing your hair by trying to make it better. Hairspray for sure will break your hair strands. I never use any heat on my hair and let it dry naturally. Careful with the brushing too as it is a good way to cause thinning hair on the top. Try to find a natural shampoo without all the chemicals...check your local health food stores. With good natural ways to treat your hair without all the products, I feel you will see a big difference. Good luck!

Hey there quick question for you why aren't you wearing any of your big styles necklaces on in the videos or your gold herringbone necklace on
Actually, it’s a stupid reason. Since we moved into the new house, I can’t really find a lot of my stuff. We are still living in the basement and things are kind of a mess. As soon as we get moved into the upstairs, I will get more organized and be able to wear my big style necklaces.
Lumify eye drops is only on prime if you do a subscription, otherwise it’s the exact same price that it always is if you want to order it one time….
My opthamologist advised against using Lumify daily. He said it’s ok for special occasions.
