What a beautiful condo, some very lucky person will surely enjoy the luxury and amenities there at a very reasonable price. Need to buy some lottery tickets to improve my own chances, lol.
I am very amazed about this new channel, in good sense. In this category must say, not too bad. The condo what we see here also affordable. Relatively good value for money.
Nice condo! I like this guy’s vibe. He did a great job touring and explaining the amenities of the property. I wish my guy had on some dress socks though.🧦 🥴🤦🏻♀️😂
wow, this is nice and plenty of space for a one bedroom not the little boxes in The Copacabana or the Riviera. Beautiful facilities. A winner. Only small downside is I like the beach at the other end of Jomtien, just before Dongtan (by the Copa) but I guess you can take the bus. If I would be ready to move to Jomtien I would definitely give it serious consideration.
Lovely looking Condo. Maybe it's just me, but I thought once upon a time the whole deal was that you could get great accommodations way way cheaper than you could in the west. $192,000 is not far off from a small 3-bedroom house in most NON-NY, NJ, CA, DC, MA, suburban/rural type market place homes.
Not only that but you could rent this unit for a tiny fraction of what it would cost in the west. I don't understand why anyone would buy there. Property over there never goes up in value, If you buy you cannot change location easily and they are very difficult to sell. Buy real estate in your home country that you can actually own and will appreciate in value and rent overseas.
At least 40baht psm/m maybe 50baht. plus 500baht city tax per year. very cheap. only problem its a long way from the real fun. It gets a bit boring all the way down there and transport can be hard work. Depends if you looking for fun or relaxation.

Urgently wants to sell, I bet the same thing that's hitting the Florida Condo market right now is actually a global thing. Insurance companies are basically saying that they want to either jack up rates or they don't want to insure these beach front Condos at all.🤔
@kugelschreiberzusammenbaue3585 Well in Florida a lot of people died in a condo high rise when half the building suddenly collapsed. So insurance companies started viewing such properties as High Risk properties.

Can't believe these condo's do not have access to the toilet area other than going through the bedroom, very poorly designed, if you have anyone visiting they need to go through your bedroom, this is the 2nd condo I've seen you showcase that is like this. Who designs these thing's would be a deal breaker for me & I'm sure many other people, although the condo is nice the thought put in to the overall design is poor in my opinion.
I was thinking some of your same thoughts. I wasn’t that impressed with the layout of the kitchen, but with a view like that, I might be able to overlook all the other things. 😊
They are fishing for a foolish foreigner to hook at that 6.6 million baht price. Much better deals to be had. Trust me, that view will not mean sh_t after 3 to 4 months of staring at it everyday. And 1 bedroom...seriously!
Lack of price is annoying. I won't be paying attention to videos of yours moving forward now that I have figured out that there is no price. It's a waste of a person's time.
200 k US dollars for 50 m2 (or 538 square feet ) is about 4k per m2... A very distressed sale indeed ! 😂 I would sell it "urgently" too if I was the owner !

A Condo with a Tub... appreciated. Also the view is really good. This one is appealing to me.
Gorgeous....and not a bad price for that view and that high up

I think everything is relative but I see your point. I lived on the beach in San Diego for three years and everything now is in the millions.
agree don't think it's that urgent. and what's the monthly dues ?
You would have to compare it to Beach front real estate in the U.S., there is no comparison.

Awesome place
Absolutely amazing condominium!
Yes!
To pricey and who would want to live that high.
Not the white socks 😔😂
nice video and nice video work...but "Just under 50 meters..." whats that means? 30 meters 48 meters? and location or condo name...
the condo name was at the beginning of the video. size wise it is 49.5sqm.
Very difficult to evacuate when there is a Fire on any of the lower floors - remember 9.11 Not 36 floors high - 6th floor is max for me
With that view, I will take my chances.

Is this only for sale or also for rent? I need a 12 month stay.
Unfortunately it is only for sale. We do have other units available for one year rental though.
What are the monthly HOA fees for such a Condo?
50 baht per square metre
have a drink every time he says 'nice space' :P
cheers to that
Lol, funny but you present well. Worth about 5m baht max.
How can estate agents not even know how to pronounce Pattaya!
there are several pronunciations and as a Thai speaker, I can say this way is commonly used

Does anyone know how much the monthly maintenance fee is?…I didn’t see that me mentioned…
I’m sure not much. Maintenance fees and taxes are extremely low in Thailand 😊
@@tombkk1322 I was just wondering ballpark…sometimes those fees can be significant depending on the unit…
Yearly management cost?
Aeras beachfront condominiums Pattaya that’s the name of this place
correct
Is this still available I want to buy it
Do we have to pay property tax yearly as a foreigner?
3.3%
It is very high taxes. In America we pay only 1.8% and we think it it too much@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND

At the current rate that $6.6m TB is $193,320. USD….not to bad….I wonder how much a 2 bedroom is…

Those windows in the bedroom look hard to replace

The kitchenette is good .but really ,a washing machine underneath. Why not put it in the bathroom..
it’s not common to thailand for the washing machines to be in the bathroom
Gyms poor pools small
i would disagree. the pool here is large and the facilities are some of the best on the market
Pricing please
