They Did A Very Good Job, With The Renovations.👍 Overall, Not Too Much, Not Too Little. The Oven/Microwave Combo Is The Appropriate Height.😀 Also, I Don't Know Why More Don't Opt For The Privacy Glass In The Bathroom, Which Is A Great Feature!👌 The Only Disappointments Are There's Only One Accesss To The Bathroom, A Lackluster Shower & The Extremely Tiny Gym.👎 Thanks!
Beautiful renovation but for the space, it needs a larger TV. I'm also disappointed with the lone access to the bathroom and a jetted tub instead of the soaker tub would have made it more spa like.
I agree! Sadly the current owner decided to knock out the previous second bathroom and make one larger bathroom instead with only access from the bedroom area
I would prefer a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment over a 1 bedroom with a bath. Also for renting it out that is a much better choice, as far as I understand: i have spent quite some time getting information on the market.
it’s 50/50 to be honest. there are many single guys coming out here looking for something with a bit of added space. 2 bed places are also a good option, but rental wise it’s a different kind of clientele.
@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND I would prefer to own it freehold. I don’t own a company in Thailand and though I know people get away with this option I wouldn’t want to take a risk of the Government cracking down on this loophole.
good question! It all depends. Sometimes it can be possible: Other times it isn’t. It depends on a few things; the community must be willing to allow a transfer. Also whether or not they have space left in the foreign quota to transfer a property to a different quota. Thirdly, there would also be a fee to pay
I hear this a lot. It would never be in the government’s interest to crack down on such activities. Nowadays many of the new villa complex’s are only allowing purchases through a company name in order to bypass quotas and I can’t imagine the government ever shutting down these operations as the country would lose a significant amount of income from expats choosing to live and bring money into the country
Loved the big sliding door that separates the bedroom from the living area. Usually it's glass, not wood.
good quality too. not some cheap flimsy door like some install
This is one of the few of these property reviews where I thought yep it’s really nice and worth the asking price. Nice unit.
thank you! we try our best to search out the best value for money, but it isn’t always easy
I stayed at another Jomtien condo before which also opened directly to the pool....it is an incredible amenity to have.
Very nice great size
excellent....I like this condo....big and good price for the size

thank you. It’s nice to get positive feedback

Very nice, only drawback is no bathroom access without going through bedroom.

Great update vlog!....Is there a gym/fitness center in the condo? Usually you do show them when they have them....Thanks for the updates
there is a very small gym but sadly we didn’t have access to it
@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND Thank you for the return msg and for the info.....It was a great vlog!
thank you very much
😮
There really is no need to use the gym. Just sliding that bedroom door is a workout.
Nice condo, but it would be alot more attractive for the price if it were 2 bedroom. So much wasted space
No guest bathroom...its a no go ...no privacy..
I guess it’s more suited to a single individual who isn’t looking to share or a couple with no privacy issues
1m too high in a company name.
Company name is a no go for me.
can I ask why? Always curious to know what puts people off from choosing this option
@@123LIVINGINTHAILAND Is it possible/easy to convert a company name condo to a foreign quota? Thanks
