... and when you went up the stairs of the pool sled I thought by myself "what a cool finish that would be if he uses the slide down in the pool"!
I think this villa is really nice. The price maybe at 24.500.000 still a bit steep, as for me it offers a bit too little garden.

Beautiful villa. If it had a bigger pool for laps and a better view from the master than the neighbors' villas, I'd say it was perfect.
The trees pretty much obscure the view from any prying neighbours
Of course we would all love a larger pool. Sadly they are hard to come by with the newer builds these days :(

You know it’s really bad feng shui to put a mirror behind the head of the bed or over the bed! This master bedroom has both, very bad luck!
I did not know this! Though I think for the current owner it brings them something a little more exciting 😂
