@kingartison thank you. Her alzheimers has progressed, she doesn't know me anymore, but she likes to laugh. I'm trying to keep her comfortable. Be blessed.
I just wanted to share Ali, and I say this as a stand up fanatic: You’re my favourite comedian. Not only are you hilarious, but your ability to weave the stories from your life into your routines is so impressive . You’re an amazing storyteller, comedian, person and writer. You should write s book about your life Ali!Your ability to share such heartfelt stories within your comedy is so impressive and very unique . It’s made me cry various times. The industrial prison complex is why I took political science as my minor (first year major, then I realized I would kill myself from how depressed it made me from my inability in my position to make the change I want to the system, but anywya.) You humanize people who have been convicted of crimes, and share it with an audience who may not be exposed to that otherwise. I think you help society with your work. I can tell it is your intention as well, so I just want to tell you: you’re at the top of your game, no one has done this the way you have. You ARE making a difference . Which is desperately needed . The industrial prison complex in America is by far the biggest human right violation of the western countries. A system created to create another form of slavery, and systemic racism. You make people feel your story so strongly, that they empathize with a situation I’m sure some never experienced before. Just wanted to share as I saw you read a lot of comments and leave my respect and admiration of your talent. Also, you inspired me a lot with some things I want to do in my own life, but I’ve already wrote an essay so I’ll stop . I think you will be seen now, and remembered as in the future, as one of the greatest of all time. Take care, sending my love from Canada ! Come tour here, from Vancouver , to Halifax, to Toronto! Don’t let anyone miss out! Cheers !❤
My mom was 4'11. I had a babysitter in Alaska that the lady was stealing my mom's watch or jewelry out her room. When my mom and dad got there, i was holding the lady hostage with the broom. I kid you not! I was 5! I caught her!! My mom STILL tells this story!! 😂😂😅😅😅😅
When he prefaced with " my momma is 4'11" I knew it was gonna be hilarious. My momma was 5'2 and scrappy as hell. Once watched her jump across a police car to punch a Florida State trooper in the face on my 9th birthday. We didn't even live in Florida!!! 😂😂
My sister was my babysitter and we fought constantly about she ain't my momma!!! Love her dearly today LOL! She still kinda scare me today and I'm 40 years old LOL!

She always had that mean streak in her ANYWAY and couldn't WAIT to flex on yo ass!😂 Make it make sense! Salute to Ali, and ANYBODY ELSE who had to endure the "switch-up!" I felt this in my spirit!❤💯
I love your voice and the way you tell stories. I could listen to your voice forever- you should be one of the voices in the shut eye ap- where they read you bed time stories
Ali is the one comic I have to see before I get too old. I love crowd work like Stavy/Riffe and big comedy like Segura or Kreischer and of course all the goats like Chappelle and the others who came before. Carlin, Pryor etc. but there’s something about his comedy style that just hits different.
I sent this to both my sisters. I have a older sister that's three years older than me and one that's four years younger. I swear I recall my sister being a dictator for a brief period in life lol
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This dude... You're one of the best [Black] storytellers since Bill Cosby. I'm captivated, I remember some stuff back in the day that you talk about, and I can relate to a lot of things you share. Your delivery - a perfect 10. ✊🏾 #alisaddiq
Back in 1993, My little brother and I use to run every so call Baby-sitters out of home. At 8 years old I was in charge of my two younger siblings they use to get on my nerves. My sister and I were only 9 months apart. Our little brother was the super hardhead. Our mama let our adult cousin move in and we were still the Bad ass kids on the block. Nobody didn't really wanted to watch us. We ran her boyfriends away. Adult cousin friends and girlfriends couldn't handle us. Weekend came around going to our dad house. His girlfriend only liked my sister. She couldn't stand my brother and I, but kept it cute until we went to tell our mama how she act towards us.
@@autumnsmom1117yes the neighborhood old folks gave us that nickname. We were very respectful towards adults. It just us being mean to everyone else that wasn't our mama. My favorite words were I'm going get my mama on you. If you think about hitting us. She not scare being lock up. My adult cousin would said I can't stand you two. Why be like your sister. My brother and I would said she acting innocent she the real snitch. Only our mama, grandma and granddaddy put fear in us. Taking our outside away from us was like a death sentence for us. We had neighborhood bullies we need get out pay back to them.
@territurner1407 Love your story. I had my maternal grandmother as my babysitter. Something about not being able to go outside made you behave real quick.😂 Enjoy your weekend.
@@autumnsmom1117by time my two siblings and I move in with our grandma at the age 13, 12, 10 years old. This was back in 1999. Our grandma didn't play no games, we had to come in the house before the street lights came on during our school breaks, weekends and weekdays. We eating dinner at 5:30pm and showers at 6pm and the sun will still be out. She kept dark curtains in our rooms. We could hear our friends outside having a good time and going swimming and going to the free lunch white truck that be at the park. Church every Sundays through Thursdays. Friends only can hang out on the front porch. We feel like were in jail. Our adult cousins love making fun of us calling us jail babies. That our mama did us wrong for making us live with our grandma full time. As long we did our check in with her. We can act a fool at the swimming park. Go spend the whole summer with our cool cousin that our mama was staying with.
@@autumnsmom1117yes my brother and I was very hardhead, but he was the dare devil. My sister paid the innocent card all the time. These two didn't have no problem throwing me under the bus with our mama since I was the oldest. When she gave me the green light to be in charge the belt was my friend. The rules were don't hit them in the face, arms, legs back or their stomach. Keep their clothes on them, because you are not their mama. Only allow to hit them one time. I follow them rules to a T. Our mama 5'0 weight less than 100lbs and still wear a kid size in shoes, kept her hair cut short and the most beautiful dark skin woman that I was happy to call my mama. She wasn't nothing to play with back in the day.
I was laughing so hard I started choking when Ali said his older sister hit him with a belt because he wasn’t moving quick enough 😂😂 dang couldn’t even enjoy his oatmeal lol
