    Really loved the smart phone stun gun. it's so well made you can never guess if it's a stun gun, which is what makes it a perfect self-defence weapon.
    I hope ur having a great week, Kyle!

      In the UK even that would be illegal! The few people here who seem to have "rights" are the illegal immigrants. The rest of us are expendable.

    Thanks for the video!
    The Cell Phone Stun Gun would probably result in my answering the wrong phone and stunning my ear.
    I like the Hidden Brush Spike. I don't know whether I'll ever use the spike for self-defense, but the brush is great for my beard. I ordered a second one so that I can keep one in my suitcase for travel.
    The Hidden Sword Cane looks great. I'll probably stick to my regular canes for daily carry, but if someone lived where sword canes were legal, this one looks very solid and effective. This one has good length on the blade. Some sword canes have shorter blades that don't really offer much range. The other part of the cane would also be good in the off hand as a blocking or impact weapon.
    The Stealth Karambit Neck Knife also looks like a nice karambit. My problem is that I have no training in this knife, so I don't see myself ever wanting to use one.

      @@davidhammond8098 that’s a great question David and a good example of why it’s important to buy a stun gun with higher voltage. Stronger stun guns can go through clothing. We have some really strong stun batons that have no problem going through fabric. Have a great weekend!

    The cellphone stun gun seems so useful. I can imagine being trap under a pile of rubble and getting saved thanks to the alarm guiding rescuers towards me. Sir some time last week I received my order , with a personal ' thx ' from you on the envelope btw . I was so excited that I made myself work for 2 solid hrs , had a freezing cold shower , some power greens and protein ( viewed the ' bear grab ' video once more , now 4 ×s , then I opened the envelope ) 😳😀 👍

      This new to me neck knife tho , karambit , That is an awesome tool .
      I knew straight away when you placed it under ur shirt how you were going to deploy it , I do the same w a straight neck knife . this karambit tho , can be/get a bit ' ripper ' than the straight blade . I've perched several different versions of this particular blade , you know , one for each ' season ' , they come with training vids and practice blades , very efficient tools , and faster than fast ( my timing is between 38 - 27 seconds .. ↖↗ Z. ↘↙ , guts , blood , flesh .... And my bear foot ⌛
      if needed ! ' ya don't muck on to a little old lady carding a kerosene lantern and bear hug her without asking First '

      @Karatemart , thank you for replying to my comment Sir . ( btw , I'm not permitted to own Any ' weapons ' , after my last ' short tour ' , after 25 yrs of both short and loooong , it was decided ? that I'm much too dangerous to own a shooster Ever Again ! 👅💦 on that idea . I'm very accurate with beach stones and a woven sling , and creating ' pinji traps ' , or Anything I've a mind to for protection . the only carbon I own and earned are different blades for specific ' seasons ' . ) * punji traps
      So , Sir , I've now viewed the video on the ' bear hug ' many times bcuz I have an important question bcuz of my small stature , and the many times that has occurred for myself , others as well , both females and males . when I learn a skill for protection well enuf to provide simple instruction for others , it feels important that I pass in these skills , much the same as you do . many hours of practise , training to even come close to keeping ourselves safe as possible . most especially where I dwell in such a rural region way to the northeastern coast ( others believe the wild west to be wild , guess what .. ) as a 10th generation Native , I've known innately so , how to thrive with what most would perceive as having nothing .. Wrong ! I'm age 64 , 150lbs , 5'1" , and I'm not about be violent in any way , only protection and skills for are my concern going forward . I will once again view that specific video to more clearly ask my question , this particular skill in finding would be most appropriate for myself , others as well . ( btw , I did Earn a leadership role at age 23 and many years going forward til now , for my many skills , to include some marshal arts techniques , only basic tho , such as the ' knife hand ' , oh my , that. .. can be a game changer with a word or two to back it up ! Awesome 👍 ) And I've come to learn over time the importance of ' tapping ' for release and such . one one occasion I tapped a man two times , and he would not release , ABSOLUTLY REFUSED to let go of me , after two taps and a ' let go ! ' So what is a sm female to do but * break his pensil ' , and that's exactly what i Intentionally did , that Was the third tap from me , and he never touched me again . that was over .. hmmm ..
      not able to do simple math , I'm able to communicate in 11 other different languages tho .. 1977 was the year . I'm not badder , I've become more efficient , much gratitude and respect for others such as your self for teaching us these skills , especially females .
      I will view that video a couple more times. , then perhaps tighten up my question for another time . this is very important and seems easy to learn , then to perhaps teach others , here any way . btw , the instructer in the vids is an awesome Man , could you plz teach me his name , not necessary tho , if for reasons for anonymity .
      Thank you kind Sir for your time and effort S ! In demonstrating how to .. Be so Stunning ! 😳👍

    Neck knives can be awesome, but the little bead chains they come with put around your neck I don't like! I find they're easy to break even just pulling the knives out.
    So I recommend anybody who gets a neck knife immediately Chuck that bead chain and get some black nylon twine or something strong like that and make a different necklace.

    • @Karatemart
      @Karatemart  3 роки тому

      Hey bud! I hope you are having a great weekend! It’s funny, because most people feel the opposite about neck knives, and if they do use paracord or nylon for the necklace, they will switch it out for the beaded chain. The reason they use those breakaway chains is so your attacker can’t use it to choke you. I totally understand why you would want to have something a little more sturdy though.

    • @asa-punkatsouthvinland7145

      @@Karatemart I have bad knees and walk with a stick. It's a srmyout hickory stick.
      If I had to defend myself it would be my first choice.
      If I were a neck knife it's for utility purposes the neck knife I currently have only has like a 2 inch blade.
      Unless I'm needing access to the knife currently I don't wear it on the outside of my shirt I wear inside my shirt so it doesn't flop around.
      Yes potential attacker could use at the choke me but they could also choke me with their hands or their arms...
      With a neck knife I'd honestly be more concerned that they'd just grab the knife and stab me.
      Self-defense starts with avoiding situations where you might get attacked, then defusing the situation before it becomes confrontation if possible.
      If you wind up in an altercation on the street there are a lot of bad things that could potentially happen and if somebody is trying to attack you they may already have a weapon or grab one (bottle, board, brick. Etc)
      Any weapon you carry for self-defense could potentially be taken from you and useed on you, having a pocketknife or neck knife is no different. If you have a breakaway chain and they try to grab it to choke you but the chain breaks then they're more likely to take the knife out and stab you with it. Being choked out is preferable to getting stabbed assuming they'll just do both.
      But it's also very inconvenient wearing a neck knife and you go to pull the knife out of the sheet and the bead chain breaks, leaving you essentially with a pocket knife, which happens every time I have a neck knife with Abby chain so it may just be my bad luck but if I want a neck knife I want a neck knife not a pocket knife 😂

    Here in CT only criminals can legally carry defensive weapons!

  • @rpbajb
    @rpbajb 3 роки тому

    The cell-taser is cool, but the neck knife and sword cane are problematical. If you're attacked you may be fending the assailant off with one hand, and you'll need to get your defensive weapon into action with the other.

    • @Karatemart
      @Karatemart  3 роки тому +1

      That’s an excellent point, which is why it is so important to learn self defense techniques in addition to carrying a weapon. Thanks so much for watching!

      I agree! Weapons that require both hands are not ideal. Luckily, the majority of our bladed weapons can be deployed with one hand. Thanks so much for watching!

    I thought you were going to go out front and grab a customer! Terrific store,more stuff on one shelf than in the whole of the UK! And in this country there is no such thing as "last resort". If you're killed in an attack,that's just too bad,but don't hurt your assailant,whatever you do! Our judges and magistrates live in a cloud cuckoo land where nothing ever dangerous or life threatening ever happens.

    • @Karatemart
      @Karatemart  2 роки тому +1

    What i can't wrap my head around is the law here in Wisconsin. Stun gun - illegal. Taser - legal. They both do the same thing except the legal one shoots wires up to 20 feet. Why make the sun gun illegal when it requires the attacker to be close enough that there's no mistaking that you need to defend yourself?! Don't get it...

    • @Karatemart
      @Karatemart  6 місяців тому

      Very well said! Unfortunately, I think this is just an example of a very old law that needs to be reviewed and repealed. Doing that typically takes someone who is very motivated to fight the law, because judges don’t typically review a law unless someone brings it to their attention. Hopefully one day that law will get updated. Thanks so much for watching! I really appreciate it!
