Kevin Turvey (brilliantly played by Rik Mayall) was a self-styled "investigative journalist" who lived with his mum, wore a shapeless blue anorak, fancied a local girl called Theresa Kelly (who was never seen), and rarely ventured outside Redditch. Each week, his "investigations" amounted to no more than an over-excited, rambling, uninformed monologue delivered to camera in a monotonous West Midlands accent.

It's kinda funny because some of the things he says, for me, are kinda predictable but I guess that means my sense of humor is similar lol.
The music is Jean Sibelius, and it was written as a tribute to the journalists who spoke out against Russian occupation of Finland.
