Hi I really enjoyed this episode, I only just discovered your podcast yesterday and I immediately subscribed since you have such great content. I only wanted to ask one thing, are there transcripts of the episodes anywhere? I’ve been researching some of the things Hamilton mentioned and I wanted to make sure I have the spelling right. Transcriptions for podcasts are always a lifesaver since I write so many notes lol. And unfortunately Google’s auto captions rarely capture all the words accurately.

Physical reaction to Ayahuasca varies with everyone. The psycho-social “setting” also plays a role in how one responds to Ayahuasca. Not everyone has an adverse physical reaction to it.
Dose is the key. Paracelsus said it first but Hamilton keeps the tradition.
My man out here seriously referencing Paracelsus, haven't heard him referenced since school. Our teacher was so nutty we even had to memorize the history in our toxicology class

I've personally done pharmahuasca plenty of times but I've never actually done ayahuasca. When I talk to people who have they always complain about the plant alkaloids. I think people prefer pure orally active crystals. Pluss you know you're getting something pure. Dmt and Syrian rue can both be recrystalized. so if you think about it pharmahuasca is logically the best option. Not saying ayahuasca is bad but it can be a little intimidating for a lot of people and almost impossible to find for most.
However pharma is not ideal as you miss what’s truly important

So since MAO breakdown sets to in neurotransmitters, and DMT isn’t active orally because it gets broken down, you need to take an MAOI so the DMT passes through the gut more easily?

Yes essentially the gut destroys DMT unless the MAOI has been consumed
at all*. DMT undergoes extensive first pass metabolism in the gut
papaya digestive enzyme chewables, helps increase absorption also !
hint: perform an extraction on the b. caapi vine first so that you only need to ingest 150-200mg. in this form it is a very beautiful substance.
How would you extract caapi vine? Boiling it? And how many grams would you suggest. Usually just use Syrian rue capsules
What is the dosage suggested of mclobamide and how long to wait before taking dmt dose?
Aya has worked for patients and shamen in Central and Southern Americas for thousands of years. It works for them. We cannot expect to steal it and expect to become insta-shamen. But, since the molecule of DMT has already been taken out of the jungle and spread far and wide, I respect the choice of a modern, Western user to want to measure doses out by mgs and use pharmahuasca.
Might try 9mebc as the maoi. going to try 30mg. Which maoi does hamilton recommend?

Whats the ratio/recipe for pharma
Put Caapi extract about half gram or fill cap an eat .50 dmt in another cap an shrooms in another cap I'd start at half gram or under.30 minutes after yellow caapi extract eat dmt cap an boomer cap.
Also drugs work differently in different dosages

No he’s mostly incorrect, the plant route is far superior. With pharma, it’s more like a digital human experience. With ayah is more so an analog experience connected to nature. You shouldn’t be able to sit and write like on pharma as he explains while on this trip, all of the other chemicals and the nausea and vomiting are part of the full experience. This is one man’s preference.
