That looks like a new steering wheel 4 spoke swap with a Driver side air bag from light duty trucks because heavy duty trucks such as F250 and F350 over 8500LB GVWR model never came with driver side air bag back then

Yes it’s a 92-96 f150 wheel med duty trucks didn’t have air bags then.. but I hate the med duty steering wheel so I use the light duty wheel and leave the air bag unhooked imo it’s a better looking wheel
