Okay this is going to sound weird but I found out if you hit it with a acetylene torch and then hit it with a CO2 fire extinguisher turned upside down it causes that nut to expand enough and crack the outer edge of it so you can turn it and break it off as well as shrinking the stud itself and its work for me every time and it was a 70 year old man that taught me that trick
